Server Nana was very friendly and demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm and customer service! Ordered their summer ramen of spicy mazemen and it was really delicious and spicy the way I remembered having it the first time. I also ordered hot green tea as I need aomething to keep me warm before I head to a concert after. Nana asked if I wanted to take a photo after finishing my bowl. I said yes with no hesitation and I had fun with their photo props with one of their staff members. Will be back again!

I’ve seen some reviews on here about their takeout being disappointing (bad packaging, small portions etc). I am a fan of their in person food so I decided to give them a chance and I will say I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve never seen packaging like this for ramen but it is so smart and high quality. The food was also exactly how I remember it in person. Large noodle portion. I only took off a star because I felt like I did not get a lot of broth (wish I could take off .5 because the complaint is so small). But I would definitely have it again!!

Friendly staff and cool atmosphere, the pork miso really hit the spot and was flavorful, their Sake was smooth and made a great pairing.

Today was my 300th bowl and when I mentioned my free bowl to take home I was told that I don’t get a take home bowl because it is only for the 100 mark. I told them that I received a bowl for the 100 at the church street location and another bowl for my 200 at the Baldwin street location but now I don’t get one? It’s annoying when different locations have different rules or the staff don’t know what the universal rules are.
See attached picture of both bowls I received at 100 and 200. Kinton Liberty needs to speak to the other locations and get the rules and regulations sorted out. So disappointing.
With so many other ramen places in the city, these incentives are sometimes the only reason to go there… and when they screw those up, what’s the point?

I love ramen. I have eaten a lot of it over the years from different places. I've even been to a Kinton ramen before, just not this location.

When I took the first bite of the pork ramen, I realised I had just ordered the first ramen I didn't like. There was something incredibly fishy about it (and it wasn't the sheet of nori). The bamboo shoots in particular were very very fishy, almost like they were off. I love adding bamboo shoots to my ramen and I even cook with them at home. I've never had fishy tasting bamboo shoots. The fishyness went through the entire dish. To be clear, I like fish. This was incredibly unpleasant though. I took a few bites, got the rest to go, and gave it to my roommate who came home drunk. That guy will eat anything. Haven't checked if he's alive this morning, though.

$25 bucks for a meal I didn't eat is pretty disappointing. I'm wondering if because I went shortly after opening, I got old toppings that weren't properly stored overnight.

Service was great though, the bowl looked nice, the restaurant was fine. The taste was just very very off.

Needs more staff. Had lunch, one bowl of Ramen and it took just shy of an hour and 10mins

Took an age to order, an age to get the food and an age to get the bill

I reached there at 9:10 pm, which is 20 mins before their closing time and ordered thin spicy pork noodles to go. They took 10 mins and when I arrived home they had given thick noodles and that too extremely less quantity. The Broth was half of what I normally get. Pathetic! It is quite clear that they just gave whatever little noodles they were left with. Stupid of me to not check but then I’ve never had problems with Kinton ramen before. Feeling cheated. AVOID this branch if you can.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered through Uber Eats and paid over $40 for what barely qualifies as a meal. The portions were ridiculously small — not even enough for one person, let alone two. It honestly felt like I paid more for the takeout containers than the food itself.
And to make it worse? It didn’t even taste good. For that price, I expected something half-decent, but it was bland, low-effort, and completely forgettable. There are so many better restaurants out there offering bigger portions, better quality, and actual value for your money.
Check the photos I posted — you tell me if this looks like $40+ worth of food. Never ordering from here again.

I live in liberty so I thought I’d check this place out.
I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was.., the egg in the ramen tasted off but I still ate it.
That night, I had severe (10/10) food poisoning.
Not sure what they do to prepare they’re food but be careful….
Didn’t dine in.
