My 2 boys have been cooking and baking with Asmae for almost 5 years and we all LOVE her. She is kind and patient and the baked goods and savories she has them prepare are exquisite. I HIGHLY recommend any class, camp or activity that she teaches!
O made some terrific pullman bread yesterday. I didn't even have a full bite of the pomme de terre dauphinoise I posted. 😢 He's making baguette every other week, at least! Our youngest (12) took the summer baking class with Asmae and loved it! We enjoyed his salads, quiche and baked pastries. Javi loves to cook and bake and he still learned and picked up new cooking skills, and patience in the kitchen.
One of his best recipes was the one he had to improvise when he was missing an ingredient. Galette with fresh cherries! That was my favorite. We were very happy that Asmae offered a holiday series.
