The decor is very cute and comforting. Great ambience! The food was also very delicious and felt like you were having a family meal with the style of plate as well. 5/5 experience. Would go again.
Tilapia plate was incredible
This place is amazing. They put art in blending ingredients together, just gives the perfect blend of tastes. I wouldn’t trade their sandwiches with anything else. The coffee tastes great as well. The vibe is so nice. Prices are very affordable!
Delish and good service! I had the fish platter and the cubano press all shared with my partner. Not a great pairing but good in their own right. The platter has a mix of all the right elements with the slaw. By far, my fave prep and cooking of tostones. Id definitely order an extra side of it in the future. Ambiance is cozy and spacious.
Service was great. Food was so tasty and servers were friendly. This was my first time trying cuban food & I loved it. I highly recommend to visit this restaurant.

Great sandwiches and daily features. We had the coconut shrimp and chorizo empanada for appetizer. The pressed cubano and the short rib sandwich was fantastic!

Service was great, loved the empanada , the fries and the dip.
The honey glazed pork belly is obviously sweet so gets overpowering after few bites.
The pressed cubano sandwich was delicious but I only tasted the bacon, next time I would get it without bacon and I think I will enjoy it more.

Very delicious guava short rib at a slightly higher price point. Slow service and not too lively at certain times.
Came in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch which wasn't too busy. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant, which resulted in extremely slow service. I ordered the guava short rib ($26).
The food was quite delicious. The meat was extremely tender, the fried plantains were on point, and the slaw complimented the beef very well. However, I just felt like the food wasn't made with any soul -- the kitchen was in plain view and the chefs seemed quite unenthused with their job.
Overall, if these were improved, I'd give a grand 5 stars for the meal.

WOW, saw La Cubana on the Food Network so we made the trip into Toronto on Sunday and we were not disappointed! Such a cool, authentic, old school Cuban dinner vibe, music, great cocktails and the food was AMAZING! The CUBAN MEDIANOCHE, Corn Frituras and Grilled Fish Sandwich were off the hook good! Great service too!
