Awesome experience, Iris our server was very friendly and quick.. food was amazing, coffee was absolutely delicious, would highly recommend.
Pretty rough experience. Went to grab some bread for takeaway around 3pm on Sunday, and the cashier messed up my order—got the number of breads wrong and overcharged me. Also didn’t seem to know much about what was in the bread. No apology either, just rolled his eyes at me. Not cool.
The food is absolutely delicious. Wish I lived near and could go more often. Staff super nice.
My friend and I came to check out this cafe and had a terrible experience. The customer service was absolutely awful. The staff clearly didn’t care about what we wanted, were dismissive, and couldn’t be bothered to answer simple questions.
They serve desserts and croissants but somehow don’t have any cutlery, which made no sense. We ordered filled croissants that were messy and difficult to eat without utensils—we ended up getting it all over our hands. When we asked for cutlery, they just said, “We don’t have any.” We then asked for takeaway bags so we could eat elsewhere, and even then, they were hesitant to give us those.
This place was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and clearly not prepared to serve customers properly. Would not recommend.
Ordered Bugogi linguini, it was sooooo salty (I believe the chef salted it twice or three times).... Hot chocolate was great but could be hotter. My friend's Pink Shrimp linguini was ok not outstanding... They need to constantly taste their own dishes to maintain the quality.
Drinks are good, space is super aesthetic, no vegan options.
Wonderful staff, very attentive. Good variety for all. Family friendly

I appreciate that in Toronto I can find quality milk bread (生食パン) at a reasonable price. This famous white bread is soft, chewy and heavenly tasty on its own, any spread or jam is just overkill.
The bakery also offers some special flavored breads, I have enjoyed both longan honey and black sesame bread. Those distinct ingredients easily found and used in Asia add so much unique and rich flavor to a plain loaf.

I can't buy Danish toast every time, it feels like it's all deliberate hunger marketing. I didn’t even go there early in the morning.

I spent the whole afternoon at La Petite Colline & Shan Shan Cafe, and it was a perfect spot for getting work done while enjoying great coffee and snacks. The cozy, quiet atmosphere made it easy to focus, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The coffee was delicious, and the snacks, including some tasty pastries, were the perfect accompaniment. It’s a wonderful place to relax, work, and enjoy high-quality food and drinks. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, inviting cafe to spend a productive afternoon!

Great place for dates or to enjoy an afternoon tea. Service and food quality are always exceptional. Make sure to go early in the day to get the pastries you want. They sell out fast and can get quite busy. There are many great menu items. Honey comb espresso is the drink I typically order.

The dish was flavorful, with a good balance of textures. The seasoning was spot on, but the portion could be a little bigger. Overall, satisfying and worth trying!
