We dined here for our wedding anniversary and this place did not disappoint! Angel and Taurin (not sure if I spelled those names correctly) made sure we were well taken care of! I had one of the plume special drinks, and hubby had the house wine. For dinner, I had the duck breast (which was well plated and tasted amazing!) and hubby had the prix fix with calamari, steak and chocolate. And they surprised us with another happy anniversary dessert! Definitely worth coming back. A 5 star experience for sure!

Our first experience at La Plume was overall very enjoyable. The service, music, and seating were all well done, and both our server and host were extremely accommodating—especially when checking on the availability of the upstairs speakeasy for our group of four. A few small notes: the presentation of the courses could be elevated, and the steak was more difficult to cut than expected, which caused the plates to slide on the table (possibly due to the knives). The food itself was decent, though not particularly memorable. That said, the drinks were phenomenal. While the speakeasy was an interesting concept, it felt quite cold and the lighting was much brighter than expected, which didn't quite align with the intimate ambiance it seemed to be aiming for. The space also felt underutilized, with areas that could have accommodated additional seating. I'd definitely return outside of a prix fixe menu to explore more of the regular offerings.

I really had good hopes for LaPlume but, everything tasted the same . It seems every meal they made was seasoned the same way . The steak, Halbut , fries. Also, the onion soup had too much cheese my wife didn't enjoy it at all. Everything just tastes the same . Also, a prefix menu should stay the price advertised adding +$10, +$15 on all the good stuff . Just price it correctly. It distasteful. It was honestly overwhelming. Will definitely not be coming back. Price didn't match the taste or ambience.

Went for Valentine's Day, nicely decorated, food amazing but as soon as you walk in swevisw is bad the manager was passive aggressive to her staff. We weren't given small plates like with our food so me and my boyfriend are eating out of one plate making a mess on the table. My waitress looked so miserable and that showed with service.

I recently visited La Plume, and overall, it was a solid dining experience with a few standout moments and a few areas that missed the mark. The food was good—standard, well-cooked dishes that were executed properly but didn't necessarily surprise or wow. The tuna tartare, unfortunately, fell a bit short. It lacked the brightness and depth of flavor you hope for in a dish that's meant to feel fresh and vibrant. One highlight of the evening, though, was the chai martini. It was creative, well-balanced, and genuinely memorable—easily the standout item and something I'd return for. The space itself is beautifully decorated, with a stylish and thoughtfully curated interior that feels inviting. However, the music was noticeably loud and at times a bit obnoxious, which made conversation more difficult than it should have been and slightly detracted from the overall ambiance. In summary, La Plume delivers good, dependable food in a stunning setting, with excellent cocktails—but dialing down the music and refining a few dishes would elevate the experience even further.

We visited La Plume for the fixed price menu on Valentine's Day, the service was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food tasted amazing and the ambiance was fantastic. The one thing that would make us unlikely to visit again was the value. The main courses were quite small, I'm not sure if this is just because of the fixed price menu or the dishes my husband and I chose but we were left still quite hungry at the end of our meal. For the price of the experience the main courses should have had a little more to them.

Very fresh, tasty food options with accommodations for dietary restrictions. The staff is splendid.

The food here has to be one of the worst foods I've tasted. The lobster risotto was horrible. Just that dish was $56, and the lobster just tasted rubbery and mushy. Did not taste good at all. Was super disappointed in their food.

The food was incredible. Music levels are moderate so it allows for meaningful conversations. Ambiance is great at the front. However, it appeared that they didn't put the same effort with the decor and service with the table behind the bar. Also, most importantly, we thought all the items on the valentines fix prix menu was included on the 85$ special. However, when I was paying the bill at the end, I realized that they added extra fees for the scallops and steak. I have no issue those items being extra $, however, the server should have informed us about the extras before. The 85$ expected bill came over 140$. The food was delicious - that's the only reason I will give this restaurant another chance with this scammy behaviour.

Several of my family members ordered the chicken which they thought was good but not excellent. However, my partner and I ordered the French onion hamburger and we were not asked how we wanted it cooked so assumed it would be well or medium-well. It came out and red juices poured out everywhere on our plates. When we cut it open the burger was completely raw and red. It was cold inside so it was not checked with a thermometer either to make sure it was safe to serve. It was sent back and we both asked for it to be cooked well done. They came back and it was still very pink inside with parts of it still red and again the temperature was not hot inside so I was worried about whether it was safe to eat. I had to send it back again where finally it was cooked to well done. My partner and I had to sit there while everyone else was eating and we felt like it was our fault even though we were never asked how we wanted it cooked and when we did it was still wrong. It was not comped and nothing on our bill was comped for the hassle. It was extremely concerning especially given the risk of ecoli when serving ground beef that hasn't reached a proper internal temperature.

Restaurant and service were nice and upscale but the food did not meet our expectations. We ordered four items from the menu and only one was not a disappointment. A glass of wine also had to be returned because it was corked. Overall a very unsatisfying experience especially since this is a pricey restaurant and we were looking forward to indulging.

Food was not bad at all well above average for sure just didn't enjoy the restaurant that much server never really came around to check in the escargot I had was not the greatest mind you I just don't think it's my thing it was my first time trying so not blaming the preparation but the biggest issues was I ordered a steak and I asked for rare it came well done the kitchen made it again no problem and it tasted great but by the time it got to me the person I came with already finished eating so it was kind of a bummer. I also had to ask staff for drinks multiple times because they forgot and overall just a very okay experience wouldn't come back.
