I wanted to try one of their sandwiches, but they wrapped the sandwich then put it on the grill wrapped!! That's right, they put the wrapper on the grill. It grossed me out so much I just had to walk away. Seemed like a nice place, nicer than most fast food. But if that is how they heat food, then everything on the menu scares me. I thought this would be a place to get healthy food.

I was sitting infront of this cafe due to the fact that my mother had a heart attack and was trying to eat as she had her procedure.
As if today isn’t hard enough on me I was trying to clean up the mess on my table so I decided to grab some napkins. The Indian lady working inside the store had to let me know that I wasn’t allowed to grab 2 napkins unless I was going to eat there which just made the situation very embarrassing. I wasn’t asking for much I just needed a napkin.
If your going to work inside a hospital I would expect them to treat people a little more kind. You don’t know what someone’s going through. I will gladly bring my service elsewhere, not somewhere I feel welcomed eating.
I would have staff review this women and see if she’s fit to work in a social environment.

Great salads! I enjoy the mango and greek salads; very fresh. Their sandwiches and souls are also delicious. Staff are friendly and warm. Little expensive, but worth the trip.

La Prep always has the freshest salads, sandwiches and soups. Excellent quality food which makes taste above expectations. Coffee is fresh roast and hearty flavour - much better than a nearby competitor in same complex. Staff are super helpful and quick to fill orders. I wish there was a La Prep in Edmonton!!

After having Tim Hortons for lunch for an entire week, I decided to give La Prep a try. It definitely feels like a big splurge in comparison to Timmies prices but it's a franchise and I would imagine it's the same prices across the city. Food here is gourmet, and it's now my go-to place for my favourite London Fog. Will continue to visit~

Very friendly & quick service. The ham & brie is delicious while a great coffee machine and even better Barista make for a great cuppa.
The food is regularly fresh and yummy, employees provides fantastic service. I love the cleanliness and ambience. I highly recommend this place.
