Absolutely must try breakfast and coffee spot. The breakfast sandwiches will change your life. Forget Starbucks - or any other coffee or pastery place, once you eat anything here your going to be mad you wasted money anywhere else. The food is rich, melt in your mouth fresh and will sell out if you wait too long!! Also, personally as an Italian who loves his espresso, the pull here is nothing short of amazing and if socially accepted I’d eat just that pistachio paste on its own like Nutella from a jar 😅

The breads are all delicious, and the small but cozy feel is wonderful. The patio is also cozy, making it a really pretty neighborhood bakery. By noon, all the bread was gone! Even the ladies were so friendly too.👍

See edited note: Pastries are fresh ans crunchy, Brazilian Lemonade is awesome and had a very honest espresso by the end. Recommended!
Edited: I've been trying to have some savouries after 1:30/2:00 pm for months, and when I arrive in the store there is nothing left. I understand this as a way to keep business costs low, but it is not understandable if you have a strong demand. However, as I'm writing this, maybe it is too late to fix things up, as I'm not intending to lose my time and keep trying anymore.

While walking near this café, I once decided to try their matcha. I’ve never had worse matcha: it was full of sugar and tasted more like vanilla than matcha.
The croissant was bland and not tasty — unfortunately, the appearance does not match the quality.
Will I come back again? — Hardly.
Pros: friendly staff, wide selection of fresh pastries (but only in the morning), reasonable prices.
Cons: matcha tastes like vanilla sugar, pastries are dry.

Lamour Café is such a delightful spot in Toronto, the coffee is absolutely superb, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the interior is beautifully designed with a cozy, inviting vibe. The outdoor area is also really cheerful and full of positive energy, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time. Definitely a café worth visiting

bruh just go to de mello its like 10mins away from here. coffee is mid and the croissants are dry. people sugarcoats the reviews here because the baristas only talks to the regulars.
i don't usually leave reviews but man they made me actually hate something. spent so much for mediocre stuff. staff only talks to the customers they know pretty bias with service and will ignore you. its like a cafeteria for high schoolers

10$ for a drink is very expensive
My absolute favorite spot in Toronto! Everything here is top-notch and always satisfying. It has become our cozy, warm go-to place. I’ve never experienced the same variety and quality of pastries anywhere else. The coffee is also excellent. On weekends there’s usually a lineup, and you need to go early before everything sells out by noon. Truly a must-try!

stopped coming here for a year now (i loved the two lovely baristas before jaymin and gerca) and decided to try again because i used to LOVE this place. what happened??? coffee was bland and croissants tasted different now. i'm sorry but please just maybe try to care about the customer's opinion. the new person just smiled and shrugged me 💔

In my quest for different matchas lattes I came to L’amour. I didnt taste the matcha (mostly milk) and the syrup was very overpowering. We also ordered a cold brew and a capuccino which were good. Good for coffees, not great for matcha lattes. The pastries looked good but I didnt tried them
