Gabe (Chef Revolution) is top shelf. After hearing from several trusted references, we hired Gabe to cater a dinner with 8 friends. His menu choices and suggestions were flexible to guest dietary needs, and the final menu was incredible. We savoured his blackened salmon with mango salsa and wild leek sauce. Gabe knows how to cook, I just had the burger and it was grilled to perfection and juicy.
The salads were fresh and good too.
Lots of food choices and variety to please anyone, he is really accommodating and most important has a clean grill.

The food was amazing from the main entry to the delicious dessert.
Chef even assisted us in serving the wedding cake after we made our first cut.
