First time came here on Friday night and it was not very busy. We decided to try Hoi talab (steamed clam with seafood sauce), Pad thai and Khao soi. The clam dish was a little salty to us, but Khao soi is a must-try. The price seems high when compared to the portion but it was a nice experience.
Definitely will become my new favourite place for Thai food

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. The music wasn't overbearingly loud like other places. We came at 5 pm so it wasn't busy and service at that time was good too.
The menu is very different from other Thai places I have been to in the city and the flavours feel authentic. My personal favorite from what we ordered was the marinaded raw salmon. I recommend it if you like Thai food but want a bit of a change of pace from the typical curries and fried rice. One thing I will say is the pictures in the menu look bigger than what you get in real life.

My friends and I loved all plates that we ordered last night. Very flavourful, seems authentic. I would definitely come back again. The salmon dish is the star of the night, def should try.
We got free mango sticky rice dessert for my friend’s birthday and it was good too!! Top of that is great customer service and reasonable price!!!

First time eating at this place and I was impressed with what I ordered. I specifically enjoyed the Yum Salmon and Hoi Whan the most! The Chicken Pad Thai was good too, but I think it tasted like any other Pad Thai. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Solid northern Thai fare from the creators of Koh Lipe. Cozier than their sister restaurant, but service could be more prompt.
Dishes are flavourful, especially the curries. However the salmon cold dish was underwhelming. Overall still a solid alternative to Koh Lipe.
I'd come back for the snail. The rice was a bit hard for my taste; apart from that, everything was good and seemed authentic.

Hoi Lod Pad Cha has so much sand for razor clams. I expected sand in clams but not this much. The servers admitted it and offered a discount which is very nice of her. But we wished that she was more helpful beforehand as the place was not so busy.

Loves:
Sausage was juicy and well seasoned. Pad thai noodles are on the much thinner side but I loved the texture. Mango sticky rice was amazing and the side of coconut ice cream balanced out everything out.

Banana blossom fritters were mostly just batter, felt like I was having chips.
The service became very slow when it got busy. We waited a while for the bill. However our server was really sweet, she offered dessert on the house and told us a bit more about the restaurant history.
Lots of unique dishes on the menu.
I had the name ngiaw (vermicelli noodles) and shared the pu ma dong (cold crab salad), both very flavourful, but spicy!
Tons of flies around though, unpleasant to sit through.
Great food and experience!
