Baked goods are 10/10- absolutely try the basque cheesecake. Very Parisian feeling to the space and quite cosy upon entering. Only detractor is that unlike most French and Western-European spots like this, there is full or partial wait service. Had to come here for their famous chocolate chip cookies. When I travel I like to try the areas best chocolate cookies. This place did not disappoint.

Chocolate chip cookie was crispy and the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. Perfect thickness and not too sweet. Of course had to enjoy it with a glass of milk. Lots of seating in the cafe. Tables were kind of close together and was hard to navigate. Will come back to try the other goodies they have.

I stopped by Le Gourmand Café on a whim and it quickly became a favorite. The pastries were fresh and delicious, and the hot chocolate was rich without being too sweet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend.
