This place has such a beautiful, inviting vibe, with great service and friendly staff. The atmosphere is fantastic, truly memorable after just one visit. The coffee is good, though a bit on the expensive side.
An excellent cafe that offers many options. It's always busy so finding a table could be hard depending on the day or time. Very good food and drinks. It is expensive, especially the baked goods like cookies and so on. Arguably the best location for a cafe in downtown. Lots of UofT folks. Wonderful outdoor seating in the garden area.
Had to come on here for my cafe reviews because I like this place a lot. It’s in a convenient spot as I work at the university so not too far of a walk. The food is 4/5 because it’s either excellent (that one pistachio tart and that apple cake they have sometimes) or just meh (one of the sandwiches I had was not worth the $15). The workers here are always friendly and there’s one lady specifically who has top tier customer service but unfortunately I forgot to get her name.
