I had a pleasant evening at Level Two last night - my group stopped by for some drinks and desserts, and the chocolate brownie sundae definitely hit the spot! The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Santiago. They went above and beyond to make sure my party had everything we needed. Thanks for the great night - I will be back.
Super friendly and attentive staff. I can only describe the food, cocktails and venue as sad and underwhelming. Unfortunately I would not recommend this restaurant at this time. Hopefully they are able to invest in revamping the venue and menu at some point..
Had the most wonderful time here. The pan-seared black cod was absolutely delicious, and the service is A++. S/O to Santiago and his amazing team for an unforgettable night! Definitely coming back again soon!
I made the mistake and didn't read the reviews before going, it is absolutely not what you think, the place is a level below average, and the food was not good at all. They served our pizza in a pizza box and our beer came in a can, the drink i ordered was the size of a juice. Its like i went to pizza pizza and ordered take out. Overall , i dont recommend this place at all. Would never go back. The price is way high for the quality.
Pictures are not how the place actually looks, there is no proper cn tower view, pool is separate from actual dining tables, menu is very small along with the drink menu. Service is slow waiters took very long even with the place being dead. Ordered two drinks both were not worth the price had a bad after taste, barely any options for food. Not worth it. There is also no parking for the restaurant or hotel so you have to pay for that too.
Review: I had the bacon cheddar burger and I wished I had ordered something else. The patty was bland but the sauce made it edible. My date had chicken wings and cripsy potato chips. The chips were crispy which I loved. Dessert was on the house, to apologize for the inconvenience of the rain, and that was the highlight of my experience. Verdict: I'll probably revisit for the vibes and drinks.
What a great little hidden gem! We never knew the Hilton had such a nice little roof top patio. Our original group of 15 ended up being more like 25 people and they were able to accommodate us. Food, drink and service were all great! We were well taken care of and I would definitely be back.
