Wow! Fresh guacamole, tacos, churros! Loved this place. Service was excellent too. It's nice to support local and have an excellent experience with food and hospitable service. Thank you. Glad we stopped in for an unexpected lunch. We have eaten at other taco spots and yours was hands down amazing.

Stopped by for lunch today during our annual trek to Toronto. The person behind the counter was super kind and helpful - he recommended the enchiladas based on what I told him I was looking for (creamy, saucy, medium filling, flavorful). He steered me toward heaven. This might be one of the best enchiladas dishes I've ever had. For a small pop up, and a dish made in under ten minutes and about $12, I was AMAZED. LosCo is the newest addition to Assembly Chef's Hall. It's owned by Elia Herrera, who also owns Colibri, which is also located in the same Chef's Hall. I'm not vegan, but I liked having plant-based options. There's almost never a line-up here, which makes it extremely convenient. The burritos are pre-made. They are toasted in a press upon ordering.
