The staff, including the clerk, are very helpful, approachable, and understanding, even when a customer accidentally purchased fermenting juice instead of wine. The grapes are excellent, and the facility is clean and organized. The staff goes out of their way to assist customers with their wine-making needs, making it a place customers are eager to return to.
