Put more care and effort into packing for delivery orders. Failure to do so resulted in a massive hole in the bag, which subsequently spilled everywhere. Money down the drain and then I had to clean the mess after.

The salad was really good, but honestly it wasn’t worth what I paid for it. I feel like the prices at this place are definitely higher than normal. The coffee I got tasted good though, and I think their drinks are actually much better than their food!

I was really disappointed with the front desk service during my visit. From the moment I arrived, should be his name is Maria she is uninterested and unprepared to help. I waited far longer than expected just to be acknowledged, even though there were no other guests in line. When I finally did speak with someone, the employee was curt, dismissive, and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience.

The salad I got was so bad I’m writing a review instead of living life to the fullest

I had read about Mandy's online when planning a trip to Toronto with my sister. It is rare to find a place the focuses on healthy salads. It did not disappoint. Not only was the place beautiful but the food matched it. We enjoyed the Peanut Satay (highly recommend!) and the Endless Summer. We asked for a bit more dressing and it was no problem. We came back the next day for more. I would love to try every item. Soooo good. Pls open a place in Calgary!!! We need more healthy vegan and just plain healthy options out there. It provides more healthy places to eat and is inspirational - let's get rid of chronic disease. healthy eating can be tasty too! The service at Ossington was wonderful too. Special shout out to Juliet, lovely, personable person who likes Calgary too. Perhaps she can manage a new restaurant there;)

Grey Steak. When i asked the manager about it, she said they just get it sent to them like that and its how its supposed to look 🙈 the photos they published make it seem like a medium rare cook, but it tastes like some sort of fake beef that I cant place… still $30 though
The place looks nice, but the service and food were disappointing. When I asked for help ordering, no one offered any suggestions. It felt like they expected me to be a regular, which I’m not — so the experience was confusing from the start.
I ordered the ALOHA bowl with rice and the PACIFIC CRUNCH with noodles. Both include shrimp. The main issue? The menu literally says “HEAT ME UP!”, so I assumed the food would be served hot. But when I got it, everything was cold — the rice, the noodles, and even the shrimp. The Pacific Crunch turned out to be a cold noodle salad, but no one told me that. Even the shrimp (which were cooked) were served cold. The whole thing was bland and honestly tasted like cardboard.
I politely asked if they could warm up the rice in the ALOHA bowl, and they just said no — no explanation, no offer to help. It felt like I was being difficult just for asking.
With mixed signals from the menu, cold food, and unfriendly service, I won’t be coming back

Today I went into this Mandy's location for probably my 50th visit since they opened. I ordered my regular, The Endless Summer with regular chicken swapped for the mock chicken. I sat down outside, and was brought a salad. It looked off, but I took a bite, and realized it was not my salad and had cheese on it. I am extremely allergic to all dairy products. The salad I ordered did not have cheese or any dairy products, and I ordered it many times. So I did not mention that I have a dairy allergy. It was not needed.
I took the salad back in, and told the woman at the register that I was given the wrong salad and it contained something I am highly allergic too. She then replied that I should have told them I had and allergy, and that I was responsible for this happening. Then went on that all allergies should not have mixed in dressing. Completely ignoring what had actually happened.
They were clearly disorganized and confused about which salad was which. I was already into an allergic situation and needed to find Benadryl to handle my allergic response. I asked for a refund, they agreed. That was all I was offered. No ownership of responsibility for what had happened. I am really bummed after being a customer at this restaurant many times.

As stupid as it is we came to Canada on holiday to eat at Mandy’s after getting a copy of the cookbook.
The satay salad and endless summer were delicious. Well worth a visit and good for vegans!
… any excuse for a holiday is good for us!

I really like their salads but I feel like for $25 a salad they should fill the container? This is my recent take out order from them.. just opened it and pretty disappointed.
Service is great !

Lemon cookie was good 👍. The cappuccino was decent, but they were out of sugar - they brought us the last two bags they had and offered sweetener instead 🤣

Extremely unprofessional they put chicken in my meal and I don’t eat chicken in my religion and I ordered the meal keeping that in mind but yet I was given a wrong order. Definitely filling a case against it. I have been getting my salads from here constantly but after this incident I wouldn’t recommend the place at all. So disappointed! And the staff also cared less about the situation.
