Pho Tien Thanh is a popular spot, recognized by the Michelin guide for its Pho. The noodles cling to the beefy broth, with generous portions of tender beef and tendon. The broth, however, lacks depth and is overly salty from MSG. Despite this, the restaurant has a 1970s retro vibe and prompt, courteous service. The house Pho is a standout, with a good soup base. With reasonable prices and a wide menu, Pho Tien Thanh is a great destination for Vietnamese cuisine.
