First off, everything in your store comes from Costco, so I don’t understand why there’s such a big markup on the prices. Secondly, I just wanted to grab a drink. I like Roar and usually see the three flavours from the variety box from Costco. However, Georgia Peach and Dragon Fruit Punch were sold out, leaving only Mango Clementine. The two sold-out flavours were just over $3, which is fair since that’s about what they cost in other stores. But I was shocked to see Mango Clementine priced at over $5. That doesn’t make any sense, considering it’s from the same Costco pack. Honestly, it was pretty upsetting, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to purchase drinks here again.

TLDR *COCKROACH IN SALAD*
I work in an office connected to the concourse where Marcello’s is located and had only heard good reviews from my colleagues about this place- you pay by the weight and can serve whatever hot foods and salads you want. I decided to try the place out after hearing so many good things and they did have a big selection to choose from- I chose a cream sauce pasta and filled half of my box with a mix of Caesar salad and plain lettuce, cucumbers and red onion.
After sitting down to eat with my colleagues I had a gotten through my plain salad and made it to the Caesar when I noticed a brown oval on one of my pieces of Caesar salad.
Needless to say I double checked to see what the croutons and everything else looked like before I panicked- but upon further inspection it was exactly what I feared: it was a cockroach drenched in the salad dressing. I looked at my colleagues and showed them in shock. They told me to take it back and show the people at Marcello’s. I ran back to the store and showed the lady at the front and she took the box and apologized and offered for me to grab anything else I wanted from the store. Kind as that is, why would I want anything else if I just almost ate a roach AND POTENTIALLY Ate others 😭. Anyways, I didn’t get a refund because she quickly took my salad to the back after offering me anything in the store. I was too in shock to take a picture or ask for my money back. But all this to say I won’t go back ever again. Stay safe friends!
Also if you’re curious, the pasta was bland I had to add my own chili flakes on it for some flavour. And I paid around 11 dollars because I get a discount from working in the same building- otherwise the original price would have been 18.

Li would have given it 4 stars except that one of the dishes I picked was not fresh. The fake seafood crab salad is to be avoided. Everything else I picked was delicious. My favorite is the beets salad and the roasted sweet potatoes. I also had the two chicken dishes which looked like chicken Quorma and butter chicken bother tasted acceptable to me. It is definitely not cheap. 1 small container filled usually will cost about 10 dollars already.
