Forgot to give me my coleslaw. Called back and they said they'd comp me the same meal if I came back later. Came back in the evening and they gave me food that had clearly been sitting out for a while. I am now quite sick. This business needs to get better at treating customers properly.

I'm very glad this location is here. Great food, friendly staff. I marked the atmosphere 5 despite the lack of seating because giving it it a low rating due to this fact isnt warranted.
I love the chicken and the taters are to die for and both reheat in the oven quite well. The coleslaw is like what you get in a pub and not that green mush like the other guys give you (I don't recommend heating that in an oven though).
Also, Canadian owned and operated. What's not to like about that?

Cruel, as a single Mother of a baby ...asked for extra ketchup. Since my newborn, I can't leave her. They sent a packet, sure it was funny.
Had been keen to give MB’s a try but left very disappointed. The bowl I had was largely inedible - plain mash with flavourless gravy and poorly cooked nuggets was not for me. Service was very lovely and polite so can’t fault them but wouldn’t eat here again.

I am beyond disgusted with what I was served If If I could give them lower than a one I would. I brought a Spicy Big Mary just the sandwich upon biting into I found what was to be some unusual black thing I thought maybe it could just be bits from when you fry it in the oil, however, upon further examination you can clearly see in the picture that was not the case. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION MAYBE ANY MB LOCATIONS after this horrific incident. I couldn't even take it back because I seen it and threw up immediately.
