Touched all the bacon with barehands, by all I mean the whole cooked tray (20+). They were wearing rings with gemstones as well which you’re not supposed to wear in a restaurant setting. But furthermore to prove they knew they were in the wrong. While I was watching them bare hand all the pieces of bacon and put a couple on my sandwich, another lady (whom I presume was the manager), moved a advertisement sign board in front of my view, very purposefully, she just moved it to the side to block what I was seeing. When called out they tried to say they have their hand washing policies. I told her that there are tongs there for a reason and that I saw her move the sign to block my view. They did remake the sandwich, but I was quite disgusted by their lack of cleanliness and lack of taking accountability. Furthermore as a cherry on top, they didn’t give me the right baked goods. Wouldn’t go near this place.

Disgusting, no one wears gloves when they make your food, they touch the cheese with their hands then play with their pants. Like gloves cost nothing, super poor management.

Dear McDonalds.

Chcek the quality and thickness of your strawberry shake which I ordered recently.
It was soo thick, warm and extra sweet I think one who was making it he added the half bottle in it.

I have to use extra straw so blend it and broke one of it during the process.

I am gonna add a compliant to food safety Ontario for bad food quality and immediately I got stomach issue from same bad drink.

You deserve zero for this and a right action with penalty by food safety department.

Terrible service so far.

Mold in my kids Happy meal
I Spoke with the franchise owner Mr. Song about the issue. I send him a picture showing the mold in my kids meal and the receipt for time stamp reasons. Mr Song offered to refund the happy meal that had the disgusting mold inside the chicken nugget box. You can see in our emails I was polite and simply wanted my order refunded. Mr Song only offered to refund the happy meal and not the entire order which was only around $26. I can understand that I have only shown the issue with the nuggets but what makes him think we would eat the rest of the order? Gross and not acceptable. I am not sure if he thinks I am out to scam the multibillion dollar company out of a free meal but that is a sad outcome. I can see that they don’t care for customer experience and certainly not interested in keep a customer. I live in Niagara and travel past Toronto every other week. You can also see he asked me to bring the food in next time I was passing that way but how ridiculous would I be to carry the meals with me for my entire travel and keep the food for two weeks so he can see it for himself. Very silly of him. Maybe make sure the product going to the customers is proper. I won’t be eating at that McDonald’s anymore and I know who cares but I want it to be known in case other people have issues with the same location.

This is absolutely not done. We ordered spicy McVeggie and these guys gave us the chicken burger inside a McVeggie burger packet. We don't even eat eggs and we had to bite down the chicken burger unknowlingly. The staff just apologized and were very occupied. We understand that it is a mistake from your end but from our end it's a blunder which we had to face. So not done. Literally unsatisfied and disappointed with the service. Never going to McD anymore. Worst time.

The mcdonalds wasn't even busy when I was there, 1 person was dedicated to drinks. I ordered a coffee with 2 milk, and got a coffee that is 1/2 filled with cream. I make the same order at other mcdonalds and never received anything like this. How can you mess up a simple coffee when you have max 2 drinks to manage at a time. This location is also always busy and never seem to have enough staff because it takes a long time to receive your order. Have also been there before where I just order a coffee, I see it placed on the rack ready to go and it takes the other worker 5 mins to give it to me.
