Quick service and good customer service
So, are Happy Meals served without sandwiches now? 🤔
Fast service for how crazy busy this location is. Mobile order drink coupon didn't work though which is an issue but staff inputted it manually nonetheless.

I ordered hotcakes and sausage with an extra sausage. It took 20 minutes to make. And they forgot the extra sausage. Make sure to always double check your food from here because i have had a couple experiences here where they did not make the order correctly.

The employee named Song is rude and needs to be re-trained. Doesn’t know how to handle clients and lost my order and then got upset at me because he could not find it. His mannerism is really bad and I will be writing to corporate. Pls ensure he doesn’t treat all clients like this or you will be out of business soon.

Flat coke. Asked for freshly done fries, I received warm fries with salt.
The food is made as intended for every McDonalds. This is a busy location and they’re usually speedy about orders.
They’re often out of certain foods which are still available to order at the self checkout machines.
In terms of service, it’s fine I guess. There’s like a handful of people who work here who are weirdly obsessed with me and it’s weird. With all due respect, it’s sad behavior and those people need to mind their business.
The Atmosphere changes based on the events in the area but the homeless and mentally ill people who frequent the food court in droves makes it an entertaining experience.

Opening says 6am they opened @6:05am. My egg muffin sandwich was full of egg shells🥴. Poorly made. Only had one person making food and took forever. Mini hash browns not fried only ovened baked, which were soggy and cold.

Terrible.
Poorly managed, poorly run.
Open at 6am, they were late. No food ready.
They had 30people waiting in line & 1 international worker making all the food.
They were slow, sloppy, untrained with no concept of what they were doing.
Our eggs were loaded with shells & everything else bland & poorly made.
Absolute garbage. We felt ill all day afterwards.
Avoid at all costs.

I just bought a regular size oreo mcflurry, and there's maybe one Oreo worth of cookie in it. I told the staff and they brushed me off saying "that's just how it comes".
Do something about your rude staff. What is wrong with your training that staff don't address problems and concerns. I should've just gotten an ice cream at this point.

I had the worst experience at this McDonald's location, and it’s honestly one of the most unprofessional visits I’ve ever had.
I was on the phone for a medical appointment when I accidentally hit “pay at counter” on the kiosk. I went to the counter to pay, still on the phone, and was immediately confronted by an aggressive customer accusing me of cutting the line. I tried to explain the situation and went back to the line, but when I returned to the front to pay, the manager, John (whose name was barely visible on his badge due to all the stickers), treated me horribly.
Instead of helping me resolve the issue, he rudely told me I could "wait in line like everyone else." I explained that I had already ordered and just needed to pay, and he dismissively told me to wait in line again. His tone was condescending and disrespectful, as if I was somehow beneath him. I tried to reason with him, even asking the customers in line if they were okay with me paying, and they agreed, but he still was hesitant and continued to embarrass me in front of others.
John’s attitude was completely unprofessional, and he made the whole situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. It wasn’t even about waiting in line—it was the way he spoke to me and treated me like I wasn’t a paying customer. The whole experience was disorganized, with unclear line signage.
This is by far the worst McDonald's I’ve ever visited. It’s shocking that someone like John is in charge, and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they’re not being rude or aggressive, and this place failed in every way.
I took his picture and Ill be posting it on here if they store doesn't call me and apologize. I've already raised this issue to customer service. I dont care if I'm wrong, customer is a customer, as a manager, you need to be kind and understanding not rude and combative. Don't work a job where you deal with customers if you can't learn to talk to them respectfully. He also said I was not allowed to take his phone, which is INCORRECT, Legally, I can, and I have it and Ill be sending it to head office as well.

Owners are greedy. Charging $2.00 for an extra hash brown is insane.
Staff make it difficult for people with hearing impairment. Order numbers are cleared off screens ASAP instead of being cleared when orders are completed (as designed) making it impossible for hearing impaired customers to know when their order is ready
