I did just want to shout out a worker at this location, I've dealt with an off and on stutter my whole life and this time it was pretty bad, all the kiosk were in use so I had to order at front counter, the person who was there was super nice and helped me through my order. I really appreciated that.
The McDonald’s inside Union Station is always busy with tons of customers, but the staff handle it so well! They’re super quick and efficient, so you never end up waiting too long for your order. Great spot for a fast bite when you’re on the go.
The food is made as intended for every McDonalds. This is a busy location and they’re usually speedy about orders.
They’re often out of certain foods which are still available to order at the self checkout machines.
In terms of service, it’s fine I guess. There’s like a handful of people who work here who are weirdly obsessed with me and it’s weird. With all due respect, it’s sad behavior and those people need to mind their business.
