Very consistent average union station food court style Chinese takeout. Much better than the reviews claim at 2.8 but don’t come expecting Peking duck. But, when it’s fresh and you add soy sauce, it’s tasty.
1) food is consistent. Just look at the hot table and don’t take the dried out items. If the fried fish looks dry, probably best to skip it.
