Nice people, good cooking and cleaning place as much as it's possible clean, but unfortunately, the main supervisor does not allow lock the public washrooms as in the Starbucks how they have option to lock they from people from the street.
Those poor supervisors are sometimes supposed to have the deal with the police call 911 and having at the end of their shift at the end of their shifts. I feel even pity to these regular supervisors when the main supervisor said in his asshole at home when he could lock washrooms.

Probably my favorite McD location in the city, right in front of the ROM. There's always tiny birds on the patio outside. Sure you'll find the usual downtown mess at times but overall a nice place for coffee and a cookie, with a nice view.

I visited this McDonald’s location and placed my order through the kiosk. After receiving my bill and waiting to pick up the food, one item was missing from my order. When I brought this up to the staff, I felt like I wasn’t treated with the respect every customer deserves. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way they handle such situations matters. I hope the management can improve the customer service experience moving forward, as every paying customer deserves to receive their correct order and be treated respectfully.

it is what it is, some just try their best at their best abilities according their wage per hr. some over do it for whatever reason u can have a horrible overall experience in a fanciest restaurant in toronto just cuz whatever reason didnt have to be ur fault even so this mcdicks is bood enough if ur hungry, ur phone needs a charge or ur portable whatever, u got ur fast enough i ter et do urself a favour do ur thing and go dont forget to scan ur code if u have ur mcdicks app and dont mind the crazies we cant just exterminate them that easily, i kno they can be annoying and very spontaneous also the stink/stench.. be vigilant keep ur guard down and ur belongings.

Probably the best looking McDonald's downtown. The place has a lot of seating area and standing area for ordering. Food was good but still not presentable like a commercial. Come on guys, you can place a bun on top of a burger so it doesn't fall off by the time a customer gets their tray to a table.
It’s close to the University of Toronto, so be prepared for long lineups. It was difficult to find a table. If you’re planning to dine, make sure to leave plenty of extra time.

They gave the wrong patty on my quarter pounder, replacing it with the smaller, cheaper hamburger patty, no doubt because this place is flooded with tourists they can pull a fast one on.
I will not return to this dishonest location. Corporate should investigate them.
I was also harassed multiple times by a shirtless homeless man. This place is not kid friendly.

With how busy this place is and the quality of service, there is no reason the staff shouldnt be paid more. Whoever the night shift manager is/whoever is responsible for how smoothly things run should be paid to teach courses on chaos management.

The worst Filet-O-Fish I have ever had. The order was extremely cold. I arrived at the window pick up.I waited a while outside. I saw my. Order sitting on the shelf I ring the bell many times. No one answered. I was so disappointed from the cold food, I God. I was trying to cancel my order after waiting too long outside.I didn't know how finally the lady came.Handed me the order.The order was really bad and cold. The order # was 2163. I will make sure not to order from this location.
