While the staff really try hard at this location its frequent to a small amount of homeless addicts, trust me I'm in recovery so I do feel for those people but sometimes they can take a certain toll on a person's mood when on a date persay or there discussing business with a friend, if they don't bother anyone and have paid for something there's nothing mcdonalds can do about it, but if you witness someone who's acting disgruntled then telling staff will best help them to remove the struggling person from the store, the staff do rectify problems with food at the best of there ability including granting refunds where necessary.

There is an invasion of the homeless that needs to be managed.

I feel so bad for the staff here. It always reeks of BO/drugs and there are constantly people acting up and scaring the customers. The staff are cool and the food is fine but the smell is absolutely brutal. They need a security guard to keep these people out. You can’t expect the fast food employees to have to deal with that themselves.

Place is always dirty, and the staff just let people occupy the bathrooms and block the seats and drinks with their bundles of clothes while constantly refilling.

The junior chicken is more like a crispy chicken, and the food is always hot and fresh. Would recommend.

If the average mcdonalds is akin to the average mcdonalds, the Bloor and Queens Park mcdonalds is like the frontlines of a centuries old conflict, forgotten by the ages, still raging on miraculously. I recall a time when I reached for the usually present handles of the large glass front doors, only to realize they'd been ripped clean off their metal hinges. Props to the workers for somehow staying focused in that place. Food is mcdonalds. Atmosphere is a depressing kind of interesting.

The service is very good.
The staff respond quickly when you ask questions.
At other McDonald’s locations, it often takes a long time to get an answer, but that wasn’t the case here, even after visiting several times.
However, there are sometimes homeless people inside, so it seems difficult to keep the place consistently clean.
