Every time we go to Dufferin Mall, we always eat at McDonald's with my daughter, and the one who always assists us is Janna. She is very kind and always checks in on us, as well as with other people. When we arrive, it's just in time for her to be finishing her shift, and she would say goodbye. The person with is also very attentive and takes care of us. His always smiling, and his talks to the kids every time he delivers the food. Thank you to Jimmy and Janna for the excellent service. 🫡

This is the best McDonald’s with the best staff ever. I dropped my wallet and I didn’t realize until I got home. I drove back after an hour, the staff had kept my wallet safe. Thank you, you had my soul back. Appreciate it big time🙏

They gave me a plastic junior chicken I was lost
Worst experience. I ordered for a table service and the order was ready but still keeping with them without serving it to the table. This happened twice to me.

This store was a disappointment ?. I ordered a Hamburger ? Kids Meal. It is disappointing that there was no Coca-Cola drink in the machine. There was no Toy in the bag that I ordered. It took for 10 minutes to be served.

I ordered delivery from Uber eats, they were quick and delivery person was ok.
However, the food tasted stale, pancakes fell apart into chunks without the use of a knife, the hashbrowns were worse!! Most of the crunchy surface stuck to the paper sleeve, and the rest was so soggy we ate with a fork. To top it all off, they forgot to put cheese on my egg and cheese mcmuffin. Come on man Seriously! Everytime we order from McDonald's, it's a game of what's missing or is the mcmuffin burnt or the buns and patties been sitting in the warmers for hours and the franchise owners are too cheap to stick to the mcdonalds standards of tossing out the ingredients regularly and according to set time rules, when the food is now waste and needs to be put in the green bin. Yup, it's mostly missing items and stale food when it comes to McDonald's delivery! I contacted Uber Eats, and they didn't do anything about this. I've tried different McDonald's locations, and it's the same thing all over. Missing items always and the food quality drops majorly for delivery customers.
Kid-friendliness: You get your choice of a little toy or book with happy meals, and it helps to keep your kids stimulated and enjoying themselves while they eat. Mcdonalds got this concept right! ?

I don’t know whether I can spell the name or remember correctly, but I met a girl yesterday her name Tialtyn. Her customer service professionalism is excellent. She will welcome you with a smile and greet you very politely make your order fast without wasting time!

I would like to provide feedback on Baljinder, who appears to be a manager at this location but does not act like one. My order took 15 minutes; I placed it at 8:45 AM and only received it at 9 AM. Additionally, Baljinder gave me my meal for dine-in when it was supposed to be to-go. When I pointed this out, she became visibly upset and rolled her eyes.
Another issue I encountered involved my coffee. Despite requesting it with Splenda, it was given to me with sugar, which caused insulin spikes as I am diabetic. This mistake, along with the overall poor service, is concerning.
My main issue is the lack of empathy displayed by Baljinder and the staff. Please ensure your team is trained to avoid such situations. I am a regular customer at this location and have never had such a bad experience before.
