OMG I dropped my big Mac and kindly asked if they were able to give another and Phanthesk ( I’m no sure about his name but he was the shift leader) was extremely kind and sweet and gave a whole new big mac 💞🙏🏼

I'm not giving any stars since I didn't get the food that I wanted to order. It says it's open 24 hours but it isn't (4:17 am). Please change the store hours to avoid misconception.
Claim to be open 24 hours, won’t let anyone in at 6am
Soo much garbage... washroom hard noise.

The front door was locked when I got there (515am and they're supposed o be open by 5am) this morning, and they weren't coming to open it any time soon. I'll switch to robo-coffee just to make sure I can get to work on time.

They forgot my Happy Meal toy, which is the whole reason I ordered it. I even called before to ask which one they had, and they forgot it. :((( By the time I go pick it up tomorrow, they’ll probably be out of the one I was trying to get. 😓
It also takes them forever and a half to answer their phone. I had to call twice to get through both times. 😭 I’m so happy I got this happy meal and not some poor disappointed child. 💔
Waited half an hour for a burnt sandwich

I give 0 stars What happened to the McDonald’s customer service? McDonald’s is known to have the best customer service training and what I saw yesterday was a poor reflection of that. The Employee name Rusqaya ( forgive my incorrect spelling of her name) was actively engaging in an argument with a customer. Instead of using her customer service training to deal deal with the customer she decided it was perfectly fine to engage the customer in an argument and escalate it, by not stopping when her co- workers asked her to stop. The co-workers were trying to de-escalate the situation by asking her to stop engaging in an argument with the customer. She continued. This is what your customer service training teaches now? I was very disappointed and disgusted in that display. Shame on Rusqaya and her poor customer service and lack of training. Shame on McDonald’s for condoning her disgusting behaviour
Thank you for the orange juice!
