This was hands down one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced at McDonald’s. We were denied a meal, and when we tried to understand why, the manager, Riya, and her colleague, Fabiha, behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner.
They misbehaved, argued with us, and even shouted at us in front of other customers, all under the excuse of some “store policy.” Regardless of any policy, no customer deserves to be treated this way.
This kind of rude and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes McDonald’s reputation. This location seriously needs to reevaluate its customer service standards. I won’t be returning anytime soon!

My spouse was demanding that I pick up some Grinch socks from a Canadian McDonalds. This was also my one and only chance to get some Canadian poutine (even if it was from a fast food place). Establishment was clean. The ordering interface functioned properly and was easy to follow. Food was ready quickly and boxed up nicely. Nothing else to say really. Oh, I like my socks.
