127 Church Street Location, date was May 17th 2025, Around 12:15 pm. I had an interaction with this person who claimed to be the manager (but honestly he did not have the manager's uniform or a name tag or manners for that matter) he mentioned his name was Mario and he was so rude, after taking the order incorrectly he had the audacity to be rude and not simply correct the order. I work at a McDonald's myself, I know how to correctly approach such situations, and there is a simple solution for it! I ended up taking a refund and not having anything there. I hope action is taken against this person, because if he can treat a fellow employee in such a manner, I'm not sure how horribly this person treats other guests.
