STOP MESSING UP ORDERS. This location is literally right beside me and I’m not joking when I say, without fail this location messes up my order EVERY TIME.
Missing a burger or fries from my meal, no extra pickles like I order, no extra sauces like I order and pay for. No cheese or condiments on my burgers. Redeem my rewards for in store pickup and my reward isn’t pit in. They NEVER put the receipt in the bag and I can’t cuss out the location I have to contact customer service which takes forever to respond.
It’s fast food I understand this location may be busy but HIRE SOME MORE STAFF IF YOU CANT SUSTAIN THE AMOUT OF ORDERS YALL GET. Figure it out.

Not at all impressed with McDonald's overall or it's new way o service to the costumer the new serving system needs lots of improvement and they are also getting cheap on the fries squeezing the package of fries as they fill it lol that was the old tricks they used to teach us as employees the big Mac is great however going to find other places that the service is good and the food is healthier

Late night service here is not good. Went just now. They forgot the pickles and onions on my burger (there was only ketchup and mustard on it) and gave me the wrong dipping sauce for my nuggets. Also impossible to hear the woman on drive thru speaker.

I've probably been to a hundred McDonald's in the world and this one is the worst for me. The main problem is that when you order table service, one woman from the staff always shouts the order number and does not bring it. Tell all staff that the order number is not shown on the app. The number comes on your receipt by email. Sometimes the receipt arrives within a few hours. When a woman screams, I often don’t have an order number. When she's on shift, I have to come and stand near the cash register to see when my order will arrive. Sometimes when she does go to the tables to bring the order, she passes by as if she doesn’t see the table number and she has to catch up with her. From the first day I knew the table numbers, but she hasn’t been able to remember for a year now. The worst thing is that this is the closest McDonald's restaurant. The next one is 2 km, but I try to go to others when possible...

It's very dirty and unhygienic. Bad food preparation
Place was pretty clean bathroom was nasty water all over the place. The food took a while like 15 min for a burger meal but atleast they gave me free apple pie.

On 28 November, around 7.10, I bought the ice cream cone. As it's the 1st time I order from machine so I didn't know how to request the cup for the cone. I ask the cashier- an older woman but she said to me: make sure to ask cup before you bought it with an annoying face. So rude. If you see this comment, please make sure to be nice with customers

Literally just leaving this review to beg the employees here to SALT THE FRIES. 75% of the time I get fries here they are bland unsalted sticks of starch. McDonalds fries only work with copious amounts of salt, otherwise the illusion is shattered.
