Oh wow! It is unsafe place to come with children. There are a lot of crazy people getting in to the place and nobody cares. The place is dirty all around. Sorry! But it was a really bad experience.

On Thursday, January 1st, 2026, at approximately 8:00 p.m., I visited the McDonald's Restaurant at 630 Keele St, and was confronted with the most detestable, germ-ridden, ungroomed, appalling scene. Although it was New Year's Day and later in the evening, I expected a welcoming environment suitable for families, possibly out with their children enjoying a holiday Happy Meal. Instead, I witnessed a homeless man sprawled on a bench, his shoes off and bare, unwashed feet surrounded by discarded food scraps and McDonald's bags. I noticed at least four empty tables with Serving Numbers oddly placed on top, which reflects a lack of attention to the dining area. The floor was riddled with seemingly everything on the menu board, forcing me to wander around the restaurant to find a table that was remotely clean or fit for eating. The food itself was far from satisfactory. My hamburger arrived in a greasy wrapper that looked as though it had fallen onto the floor before being handed to me, and the French fries were cold. A food inspector would have shut the restaurant down for lack of cleanliness. I wouldn’t dare have gone into the bathroom to wash my hands for fear that it might be worse. The only positive thing I have to say about this location is that the lights were on.

This location literally NEVER includes the nugget sauce on ubereats orders it’s so frustrating. They somehow forget every single time. Obviously the nuggets are inedible without the sauces so it ruins the whole meal.
