I was excited to find that Mean Bao had opened a location in Union Station, which means it will always be a stop on my way home from Toronto. Fabulous flavours and textures. Location is busy and chaotic, but the staff works hard to make sure you're taken care of quickly.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options on the menu that taste amazing.

I would advise a menu clarification. When I first bit into it, I was shocked to have this weird taste I did not like. Only later did I realize it was crushed peanuts. I rechecked the menu, because I don’t remember them having peanuts on the pork belly bao, and it does not say that it has peanuts… then I realized that only on the other side of the menu does it say “all baos have crushed peanuts”. I think you should mention that underneath each bao because I totally...

Yummy. I had the pork/shrimp dumplings, with chili oil and it was soooo good. Four dumplings, good sixe for each dumpling. I had about 10 minutes to catch my train and that was plenty of time to receive my food and board the train. Nice service as well; they were very helpful in recommending the dumplings because it wouldn't take long to make.
