The Bay Concourse location has the worst service. I waited 15 minutes for them to make a tea and in the end had to abandon my order so I could make my train as they hadn't even started the order yet. Completely unorganized and so chaotic with the pick up of orders.
Finding this place from Union Station is surprisingly difficult. It took me a long time to find it because there are almost no signs or directions, and even Google Maps wasn't very helpful.
