Enjoyed the dinner in a casual business manner. The dishes are authentic (tried almost all the dishes with Michelin Chef collaboration) and very creative and special. The service is amazing and it could be a place for business for family for some celebrations:) Ume Sour Squid is a little bit too sour but very special though?
I ordered the 4 course set menu and it was delicious. I especially like the platter with 9 different types of sushi. Three stars because the service was incredibly slow. It took a while just to even order our first drinks. At one point we had ordered additional dishes, but they took so long to come that we had lost all momentum and I personally would have just cancelled my order in favour of grabbing the bill. Our server also kept getting interrupted/distracted by what appeared...
We had the Aburi Oshi Sampler and the Sushi selection. The ingredients were high-quality and they were tastefully put together. The service was attentive and the restaurant's decor is very nice.
