I ordered pasta with chicken. By the time my order arrived it was 25 minutes after. I didn’t have enough time and eat my lunch. The restaurant was not busy and my pasta was not cook and it was salty. I also ask the waiter to add cheese and she said my pasta already has cheese. Overall I didn’t enjoy my lunch. I don’t think I will come again

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Re-seated after errantly seated at the table with another reservation. Not one, but two wine selections unavailable (a 20 minute process). Had to ask for cutlery. One dessert selection unavailable. Food was ok. Service was lacking.

Understaffed, current staff seems overworked and stressed. Came for drinks, they were good

Food quality has gone down quite a bit (compared to the Yonge/Dundas location that once was…) The service here is bad—most of the servers don’t look happy to be there… even if the dish you’re served is okay, the service kills the vibe. Also, the hollering from the kitchen we heard while their last was super distracting. Likely won’t return—certainly not for any milestone events.

Our server was Isabella. She is awesome and deserves a raise! She brought out an bday cake and has the voice of an angel. Our experience was excellent. The food was spectacular. I’ve had 2 experiences at milestones. Once in Toronto and Vancouver. It was a great time. I will be back.

We love going to milestones due to the food quality, service and atmosphere always being consistent and on point. We have visited many times and love the classic menu items but also love the new additions at this location. The classic spinach and artichoke dip is so good. The ravioli is a must try. The chatini drink is probably the best chai based drink I’ve ever had. The white chocolate cheesecake is also heavenly. Highly recommend this spot.

We live in the neighborhood and received a flyer with Buy one Get one Brunch. We came on Sunday and had an amazing experience, everyone on staff we interacted with was friendly! Especially our server Isabella, she was fantastic. We really enjoyed our dishes and we'll be back for another avocado toast for sure. Thanks Isabella for the great experience!

Absolutely love that they have a separate halal menu. We ordered the bruschetta, rib steak, butternut squash ravioli, and the cookie for dessert. I was honestly depressed after finishing the meal because nothing I ate for the next few weeks was going to compare. Every bite was better than the last. The service was also incredible: Ashley took great care of us and was so friendly. Be prepared to drop some dollars though- we really treated ourselves!

We had a great experience at the milestones. Hitik, who served us, had a great aura, and the service was brilliant ?. We planned to only have starters, but we ended up ordering dessert as well.

My parents have been a regular customer at Milestones Whitby, we love their ambiance and service, this visit lived up to our expectations. After seeing Mamma Mia! on Saturday, we headed over to Milestones. It was DJ night, so they were understandably busy, and we had a 45 minute wait. Once seated, Rishita our server, came with a warm personality and a radiant smile, that elevated our night. Despite the bustling crowd, her service was impressive she was attentive, smooth, and quick with everything. She made sure we were well taken care of. My all time favorite Bellini Bowl and their new fall feature Crispy Pumpkin Ravioli made my day. This visit was memorable, and with such a great experience, we can't wait to come back to Milestones soon!

Went to dinner before the show, Infact we made mention of this to our server.
There were 3 of us

Took over 30 minutes for drinks to come . No mixed drinks, just a couple beers and a diet coke.

Dinner came almost immediately after the drinks. We asked for the bill at that time, already seeing how this was headed.

Another 25 minutes later I got up, found our server and asked again for the bill.

After about 10 minutes the server passed me the machine and took a step back. I had to ask one more time if I could please see the bill that went along with this total.

Not to mention, 2 water jugs broke at the start of our visit. Smashed on the floor near our table. I get it, accidents happen. But this was not cleaned up. We had to step over it upon leaving.

The restaurant was busy, not slammed
It was a Tueaday evening. So after work crowd. Very disappointing for a Milestones.

Had a good experience at Milestones. Shaniee was a kind and accommodating hostess. We walked in with no reservation, but she was able to help us in getting a table pretty quickly. Our server Sarah A was super friendly and was attentive to our table. The food was good, as per usual, and cooked to order. Definitely coming back again in the future!
