After a long time, I visited this place and ordered a salad with mixed vegetables and dressing. It was really amazing. I loved it. The customer service was also superb.
I ordered a small salad, but I think I'll order a bigger one next time because of the great taste

Update:
Service increased from 1 to 2 stars...
I received a bevy of callbacks from this restaurant after posting this original review, asking for me to remove, or at least update this review. To be honest, it felt invasive, as I felt there were too many calls. (Just one, with an HST number and an apology, or at least acknowledgement would have ended this issue.)
Instead of apologizing, my dismal experience was dismissed, and attributed to the daily bustle and the staff that were working that particular day.
Eventually however, they did call back and leave me the HST number.
Hopefully others have a better experience

I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased a breakfast combo to go, and after leaving, I noticed that the receipt was missing the business’s HST number. I tried calling to inquire—after seven attempts, someone finally answered.
I politely explained that I had just been there and asked about the HST number. Instead of assisting, the woman who answered said she didn’t understand and told me to callp back on Monday if I wanted to speak to the owner—then abruptly hung up on me.
This was both unhelpful and quite rude. Is it necessary to treat other people / your customers this way?
The last time I came here, the chipotle sauce gave me heartburn.
This time, I fell ill.
It took a little while for the lady behind the counter to understand what I wanted, but eventually, she was able to repeat my order correctly (a wrap on the menu with a different sauce). Then, she sneezed INTO her hands. I waited for her to wash them, but she did not. Afterward, she touched a bag of pita wraps with her bare hands, put on gloves, and then touched the same bag again with her gloved hands.
She started making the wrong item before I asked her to make what I had originally ordered.
The wrap was gross, and I became sick two days later. This is the first time I’ve been sick in two years. I knew that going through with the order and eating the wrap would likely make me sick, but I needed this experience to reinforce to myself how terrible this place is, so I never come here again.
Later in the day (now), I remembered that Google Reviews exist.
**edit**
Their latest DineSafe inspection showed that at the beginning of the inspection, they failed to maintain their handwashing station. They got a pass because they fixed the issue by the end of the inspection. This information is available online.
Everything us fresh and served nicely, highly recommended and come back on my next appointment
Worst food and service. Their bread is not fresh and very chewy. For the price they charge, they add very small portions of veggies/meat. Over that I found the person working there is also rude. Save your bucks for better alternates.
Best Food, Nice Staff.

Ordered a hot dog . It came stone cold and dry like it had been sitting out all day .
