I have visited this Italian Cafe many times. Although the price does seems high for what you are getting in return The food has never disappointed and i will continue to enjoy. The juice is extremely fresh! and the Atmosphere is visually stunning!

Guacamole one is super, egg breakfast is barely eatable. Service would deserve less star if there was. Lack of napkin, never refill the water, so I have no choice but go to the bar and ask for waters the boy said, “ next time call your server, server??? Hahahaha. Won’t be there next time.

The sandwich was really good. Fries are bad- sorry matchstick fried don’t make sense. It’s just seems over fries to me. The place is beautiful inside, little fancy feels like I’m in Yorkdale or something. But I sat on the patio and it was quiet and relaxing while I eat. Service was good. I think the food could be a little less expensive for what it is.

I cant believe I didn’t try this place sooner. The food was INCREDIBLE and our waitress was the sweetest. She had an amazing service recovery and took excellent care of us. Thanks!

The food is always fresh and delicious. Service staff are amazing! We love the apps, pizza and pastas. We had our son's Confirmation celebration with family at the Cartwright location and their family style meals are wonderful and all were full of flavours.

I usually come here to grab a coffee and go. Today I saw a pizza that looked good and I asked what kind of pizza is it. The young girl behind the counter said I don't know. And asked her co worker. How much is a slice I asked. Her reply was once again. I don't know I'll check. As I'm standing there waiting. I got an $8 slice and waited for them to heat it up. As I was waiting all I could think of is this girl either doesn't care to be there so she hasn't bothered to immerse herself in the knowledge it takes to give a good customer experience. Or, Moretti management taken the time to train there people properly. Either way it will be just coffee for me in the future.

Went for a private function and everything went smoothly

Came here for a private event and was so impressed with the food and the service and the venue itself is stunning and a ton of parking. The food is delicious! Came back another time for dinner and everything was very quick and very delicious. It's sad more people don't know about this place since it wasn't busy on a Friday night! Just need to check to make sure there isn't a private event happening.

Beware, the online menu item prices do not represent the menu prices at the restaurant. The restaurant’s menu prices are much higher. The steak was $68 vs the online menu price of $55. I understand the price of food has gone up, but 24%. Not to mention you mislead people if they are checking out your menu online before visiting.
I mentioned the price discrepancy to our server, she said she knew nothing about that and said she’d mention it to her manager. Later she told me the manager knows about this discrepancy already.
The manager never even had the business sense to come to talk to me about it. My concern was ignored. Too bad because the intention of my visit today was to review
the restaurant to consider booking a graduation party there. Needless to say, I won’t be
.
Side note: Service was as good as it could be considering they were under staffed.

Generally I love this place. I've had their brunch a couple times and it was delicious. Been wanting to try the vodka pasta for a while. I finally ordered it and I was kinda of disappointed. I expected better. I love alla vodka pasta and have tried it in many places. I thought the sauce would be a bit better. But service was lovely.
