I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was truly disappointing. The service was unprofessional and the staff seemed disorganized from start to finish. Our server had a very poor attitude and made multiple mistakes with our orders, several dishes were served to the wrong table, and even our bill had errors.

The overall management felt chaotic, and no proper communication between staff members. On top of that, the food was extremely greasy and far from the quality you’d expect for the price.

Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good Italian food or decent service in Toronto. There are many better options nearby.

We had a lovely lunch at Moretti Cafe. Great ambience and very friendly staff. The food is quite good. If you are looking for a lunch spot in the Yorkdale area, it's a fantastic place to go!

We had a very disappointing experience here. Nobody offered us water, and it took a long time before anyone came to take our order. After that, instead of checking in properly, the staff kept coming to our table asking, “Are you done?” — which made us feel like they wanted us to leave early. The service felt rushed and unwelcoming.

TERRIBLE SERVICE…!!!
I have never been to a high end cafe where nobody comes to take your order even after waving at the server and they literally ignore.
My friend had to go to the counter to order. In the middle of the meal….the server comes and picks up my friend’s plate and she did not even ask her if she was done. I stopped the server and mentioned that my friend was not done yet. THIS IS EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.

We ordered dessert after and the waitress came again to ask if we were done and she could get the Bill.

Please train the staff properly to respect the customers and lower the Attitude.

I have visited this Italian Cafe many times. Although the price does seems high for what you are getting in return The food has never disappointed and i will continue to enjoy. The juice is extremely fresh! and the Atmosphere is visually stunning!

Guacamole one is super, egg breakfast is barely eatable. Service would deserve less star if there was. Lack of napkin, never refill the water, so I have no choice but go to the bar and ask for waters the boy said, “ next time call your server, server??? Hahahaha. Won’t be there next time.
