Was not impressed at all. Not as good as it used to be Shrimp cocktail was not good Salad had no dressing on it. How bad is that. We had to ask for dressing to be brought out Steak was boring just a piece of meat on a small plate. Sides were ok mashed potatoes. Good. Steak was undercooked. Asked for medium and it was closer to rare. Not every busy and service was slow My wife used to love this place. Now her passion is over Too many high quality steak houses that know how to prepare and deliver a great experience.

I had a wonderful time here for my birthday! When we arrived, the table was decorated with birthday sparkles and a sweet card, which made me feel really special. The food came out quickly and was spectacular, and the drinks were amazing (and strong!). The ambience was perfect for a birthday dinner, and we even got a visit from the chef, who complimented our group and wished me a happy birthday. The bathroom could use a little upgrade (I'd give it a 7/10), but everything else, from the service to the bill, was perfect. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!

Dinner at Morton's is always an outstanding evening. For this dinner we were fortunate enough to meet Cheryl as our server. Cheryl was terrific, service was very good and she stopped to chat through the dinner. Again a great evening

Love hosting my private events here - truly the easiest experience with the best service I receive in the industry. Megan the events coordinator makes things simple and personalized, and the staff for my latest event, I believe Michelle and Dormer were incredibly professional and attentive. Will be back!

Morton's is always a go to for steak in Toronto. One of the better establishment for steaks done right. Service is impeccable. Truly enjoyed the meal. Burhan our server was very congenial. Corking fee was reasonable. Manager came over to make certain we were fine. Nice touch.

One of the members of our party had a medical condition and could not consume any alcohol. We brought a bottle of non-alcoholic wine for her (with a screw top) so she can at least enjoy the taste of wine with her meal. This isn’t the case of bringing in a bottle or two for the table to enjoy; it was for a very obvious, specific case. As well, Morton's does not sell non-alcohol wine. Now I know it is not your issue that she is ill and wheelchair-bound, and I expected that there would be a corkage fee, but to charge $80 (over $100 when you add tax and tip) to unscrew a cap on a non-alcoholic wine is seriously exorbitant. It’s not that I can’t afford it (I wouldn’t be eating at Morton’s otherwise), it’s just a blatant money-grab that, unlike your food, has left a bad taste.

Me and my girlfriend visited Morton’s for our anniversary and I should say what a classic this place is!

We were helped by Athena, who was amazing in walking us through the menu. They also put anniversary cards in our menus and served us complimentary chocolate lava cake at the end which was so nice and thoughtful. (And oh, the cake was so delicious. We were full but still finished the cake).

We ordered bone-in ribeye and French onion soup. The bone-in ribeye cooked medium would just fall off the bone . We got garlic butter on the side which was a nice touch and French onion soup was just so warm and fresh and tasty. Their in-house bread with the butter was also so freshly made and.

All around amazing night with thoughtful staff and delicious food!

We visited Morton’s The Steakhouse in Toronto for the first time on Sunday to celebrate my husband Gord’s birthday, and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was elegant and welcoming, however what made the night absolutely exceptional was the outstanding service we received.

Our server, Chelsea, and the Assistant Manager Brady Hudspeth went above and beyond to make us feel special. They were not only attentive and professional but so warm and personable—true ambassadors of the Morton’s brand. Chelsea and Brady made us feel like we were returning regulars rather than first-time guests. Their care and enthusiasm made the evening one of the best we’ve ever had!

We had just come from the theatre and went for dinner and drinks and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. It honestly felt like coming home. Because of Chelsea and Brady, we will definitely be returning customers!

If you’re thinking of dining at Morton’s The Steakhouse (Toronto) do yourself a favour and ask for Chelsea and Brady. You won’t be disappointed—they are simply spectacular and will make your night one to remember.

Kudos to Brady and Chelsea and congratulations to Morton’s for employing and empowering such fabulous staff. It is this type of culture that ensures repeat business and success.

Thank you

Margaret Maloney
