Fate had us cross this Dumpling Establishment. Michelin Star from 2022 to 2025… proven quality and craftsmanship. Recipes were created and based on traditional family recipes that were handed down from mothers from one generation to the next, hence the name “Mothers Dumplings”.
No MSG or food coloring. Soup is slow stewed from chicken or beef as their stock. Staff can speak Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin and of course, English. Super friendly and we took every recommendation.
Open from 11:30am to 9:30pm. Family friendly, wheelchair accessible, clean individual washrooms, and clean.

They offer great food and fast service. The staff greeted us right away and the menu gives you many options. The pork and chive dumplings taste fresh and the pan fried ones have a crisp bite. You get your food quickly and the servings were not bad. we were even took home portions of it for our lunch the following day. We will definitely come back.

I'm writing this review on the phone that one of their servers ran to me when I forgot it on the table when leaving. 11/10 service right there.

I enjoyed the pan fried dumplings. The wrapper had a very homemade taste, but out of the Desert assortment only the coconut dessert was tasty and I didn't care for the other three especially the yellow cake which I found to be quite dry and bland. They did rush me a bit because they were about to close but I was out very quickly. It was the night of the Jays game and I needed to eat fast to get back to the game. Prices are quite reasonable. Definitely worth a try. I'll be back.

We tried the general Tso’s chicken and dumplings with vegetable fried rice. Everything was tasty and authentic.

Been coming here ever since you opened in 2005! The best dumplings in the city, and the food is top notch! Pork and dill dumplings are my go to, along with the green onion pancake! Sooo good! Zhen you’re amazing! Keep up the great work!

I was really excited to try this restaurant because I heard a lot of great things about it but it was just average. The dumplings didn’t have much flavour.
The food was amazing and the service was great! The food came out quickly and we loved the complementary tea!
