This review is based solely on the spicy beef patty. It was hot and mouth watering.. hadn’t had one in awhile and this place definitely hit the spot. It was flakey, flavourful, and a bit of spice with temp being hot especially on a cold winters day. Try it out, must go back and try the rest of the menu.

Mr.Jerk. I still come thru for the jerk pork with oxtail gravy. It’s actually slow roasted to perfection, the key is to be here at 11:00am. The flavour is delicious. I make my sides at home and pick up 1 pound of jerk pork. Things are not quite what they used to be here, that’s for most of the city food spots unfortunately. But, I still come for a great staple. Always peek into the kitchen and give a nod to the dishwasher.

Staff and owners of this restaurant are all extremely helpful and friendly. The food is the best curry or jerk pork you’re gonna find in Toronto. It’s exactly how my grandmother used to make it and it brings back memories every time I eat it.
Staff is awesome, affordable and great food, can’t ask more than that. Genuinely look forward to my day when i know im getting something from Mr. Jerk for lunch!

Not sure who didnt give a 5 star, but loved the jerk chicken and pork. Not crazy spicy for this non Caribbean man but good flavour. But ask for gravy on the side to spice it up. The lady running the counter was so helpful and engaging. Thank you so much for the ting drink you threw in for wife. Oh almost forgot the flaky Jamaican patty melted in my mouth. Best meal we had in Toronto. Price was phenomenal.

Great place for inexpensive tasty Caribbean food. Owner is very nice too. But wish they had reusables for takeout.
