Yesterday's experience was disappointing. I arrived to find no one at the restaurant, as the employee had gone to Tim Hortons to chat with a staff member long time. This isn't the first incident; last week, the same employee giving free food to the same Tim Hortons staff member and rushing my order. Please consider hiring more responsible staff to maintain your excellent service.

The service was really bad. Please hire people who are happy to serve and not someone who looks like they are upset that the customer came for food. This is a hospital. Most of the employees are tired and hungry. Feed them happily. I paid 10$ and my sub was made in a real hurry(there was literally me and no one else to serve), it was really sloppy and sauces were not of enough amount. Whoever was working on Dec 30th at 5:15 Pm was not a good server.
Went here for a sandwich during a hospital trip and was quite disappointed with paying $15 for what I got. The two girls working the counter were very kind and doing their best, however, the presumed owner/supervisor seemed frazzled and did not speak very kindly to the girls. They dont have feta cheese for a chicken souvlaki ?♀️ along with the fact their Greek bread is not seasoned! One tiny line of seasoning doesnt count! Also most of their sauces are not kept in the counter so they are not kept cold. Tell me how that is passing health and safety ??
