I visited this Mr. Sub yesterday (Sunday), and despite a huge lineup, the service was excellent. The lady working there was handling the rush all by herself and never once looked frustrated. She stayed calm, polite to every customer. She managed the crowd extremely well . One thing that I like about was that, even though there was a huge lineup still she was greeting everyone very nicely

Love coming by to grab a bite. Service is always really kind and definitely a breath of fresh air between shifts. Mahan in particular knows all my orders and does everything fast and with a smile. He was also very accommodating when I had a cast on. Definitely would recommend this Mr. Sub.

This is my horrific sub disaster!! First, I just walked in hoping for just a sandwich so when I came up the worker was rude, nasty and had the worst attitude I have ever seen! They barely put ANY topping on my sub, and the bread was stale and old AND they forgot my cheese?! This is an absolute nightmare of a Sandwich shop.

I had a really bad experience at this Mr. Sub location. The associate serving me had an unwelcoming attitude—no greeting, no courtesy, just a cold and dismissive demeanor. On top of that, he was incredibly stingy with the toppings, acting as if he was doing me a favor by adding the basics. To make matters worse, he even got into an argument with another customer while I was there. The whole atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the service was terrible. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back.

Had no white bread. Whole grain bread that they had was really stale. Worst sub I’ve ever had.

For the price they're charging, they are really stingy with their toppings. I'm talking about the person sprinkling thin amounts of cheap vegetables and thin line of sauce. a lot of the sub was just empty. Would not recommend.
