Terrible business model. Workers and mangers coerce customers to order breast pieces anytime they try to order leg pieces. Called in before we brought our family to this location and the managers here turned down leg piece orders for 10 people just because of this absurd policy to order breast pieces. If leg pieces are separately on the menu, I don’t understand why the managers here force customers to order breast pieces which we don’t want. Terrible policy and managers were of no help! Don’t come here to waste your time, disappointing service!

I dine in every week and past couple times worst service ever ! Wait for food 45 minutes when manager tells you 15-20 min they finish up with Uber orders and let dine in people die of hunger

Walked into a very busy location. Almost thought that we were not going to get a table - but Manager on site after greeting us, arranged for us to get seated. He then asked us how our day was going and we informed him that we were fasting as its Ramadan, after which he quickly got us dates to break our fast with - this was so thoughtful! Customer service at its best. Food was great as always - chicken grilled to perfection. Loved the new sides as well - Brusse sprouts were really good!
