I visited this store right before closing time. The staff immediately rushed me, saying the store was about to close. Fortunately, I already knew what I wanted to buy, so it didn’t take long. However, the attitude of the female staff member who assisted me was quite unpleasant. She threw the items I purchased into the bag as if they were garbage, and her overall demeanor was very rude and impatient, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
I also work in customer service, and I believe it’s inappropriate to pressure customers just because it’s close to closing time. Moreover, I don’t think someone who can’t provide proper service or show basic courtesy should be working at the front counter.

Rude staff and unnecessary pressure to purchase!
The store offers tasting samplers, so I decided to pour myself a small cup while exploring the video presentations about each coffee. A staff member approached me and asked, "Can I help you with something?" I explained that I was just checking out the coffee presentations.
She then asked, "Do you have an account?" and followed up with, "What's your account number?" When I said I didn’t know it, she directed me to speak with the sales staff.
If you don’t want people to try your samplers, then don’t put them out. If you’re selectively discouraging certain individuals, assuming they aren’t there to make a purchase, this could even border on racial or socioeconomic profiling.
I ended up making a purchase because I needed pods, but I definitely won’t be coming back here again.

This morning, I went to buy capsules as I usually do. I arrived around 9:59, not realizing they opened at 10. When I tried to open the door, I understood I had to wait a minute or two. Perhaps arriving early displeased the employee.
The lady who helped me had to explain that I needed to pay at the machine next to the capsule selection. However, she did so with a bad attitude, making me feel like I was begging for charity. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted, as if I was trying to take the capsules for free.

The overall service is not good. They don't respond to customers, and the older female employee in the store intentionally doesn't respond to us even though she knows we want to have coffee tasting. I feel bad when I see that she is actively responding to the two men who come in behind us. It wasn't good. Fortunately, another employee at the checkout counter helped me, but I don't think I'll be visiting again.

Place nice, customer service worst.

I spend 40 mins first to try to order from the Nespresso website. Every time I would enter my credit card info and click on Review order Page. The website would just bounce back to the payment information page.
This happened with 2 different credit card details that I entered and with 2 different browsers (Chrome & Edge). I then gave up and started a chat to get some assistance. The CX agent helped me with the order but because this already took so long, I asked if there is anything they can do for the inconvenience I was incurring.
They first said sorry they can't do anything for me but then when I pushed they are like OK we will give you $5 off your order. At first, I was like OK sure but then I realized I have already spent 1 hour+ into this process and $5 seems like they are giving a lollypop to a kid to shut up. Felt very distasteful. I was disappointed but agreed.
Then when they send me the secure link to complete my order transaction, the $5 discount was not on it at first. I had to remind them for that. After that they added the $5 discount but that discount was applied on the after tax amount and not the before tax amount. Discounts like this should be applied to before tax amount. It was a difference of about $1 but this was a matter of principle. All they did was say sorry and that's it.
The whole process also took so long and the speed of response from the CX agent was slow.
I would not recommend Nespresso for their customer interaction quality and satisfaction. This seemed like a long unnecessary process with distasteful interaction to their customer. Very very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Funny enough we asked them if they made coffee considering the coffee machines to make it (not nespresso like cafe style ones) and if it comes in a to-go cup and the lady rudely looked at us, gave us attitude, and said “um we are not a cafe.” Her coworker seemed visibly embarrassed and just apologized about them not having coffee. Now, however, I’m confused, because I’m seeing reviews of people with coffee in their hands?? Regardless, you do not speak with that tone and attitude to paying customers. I say this as someone who has worked in retail in the past.
We were in disbelief and promptly went to the main cashier to get our coffee pods and leave. He was in training and very nice. I will NEVER return to this Nespresso location. My friend said she also has had awful experiences with this lady’s customer service in the past. She should be fired. I think it’s the same lady everyone else is talking about.
Sherway and downtown are 10000x better. The staff is always kind and courteous. If I can’t make it there in the future, I will order online.

The workers here are rude. We went there to buy froter and they’re not even welcomed us also the atmosphere is so off. They told us to go infront and there’s a lady at the cashier that told us we can ask assistance from the people at the front (3 employee) cos she’s alone handling the cashier then we went at the front again and sent infront 🥴🥴🥴 Overall, the experience is really bad they treat you like you couldn’t afford their products.

The lady that helped us was rude and unfriendly. Looked like she was rushing to get off work or something. Extra hard to make a loud noise, as if to vent his frustration. Threw the POS machine heavily and simply just threw the whole things that I bought to me! Never come back again. Pleas well trained your employees, I have been to different stores. I was really impressed with the one at Yorkdale mall.
Do not get full for there deals .
I purchase a coffee machine from there 2 month ago, used the machine how its write in the app etc.
7 days ago machine start to show problems, used 8 capsules trying to make a coffee, dint work. !
Today have some time to go to store ( Fix the machine & buy more capsules ).
The stuff from store said :
You cant leave the machine here , we cant fix it! Call the costumer service and he will guide me one the phone how I can fix the machine, otherwise he will tell me the steps one the phone what I need to do!
Mentioned the return policy its valid for 14 day, afte warranty its 1 year. And I need to fix myself by guided by there master on the phone !
Im not mechanic and don’t have time to spend sorting out the Nespresso macine issue .

I recently visited this location for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming because of the lack of attentiveness from the staff. When I wanted to try their coffee, they seemed reluctant to make it. The coffee tastes awful here, but my husband has tried it at another location and it tastes much better there.
