I visited the bakery for the first time yesterday. This place that the BEST bread ever!!! I am not normally a bread eater but the guy at the counter said it was the best and he was right!!! I have already told friends about this place. Thank you!
I bought a loaf of day old focaccia. It was only $3.00. It is hands down the best, most tender, most flavourful focaccia I’ve ever had. Definitely going back for some of their other goodies when I’m in the area (and to load up on focaccia)! What a gem of a bakery! Oh! And the focaccia is vegan friendly.
Staff were a little unhumourus. It's Toronto so you would expect some spunk. They are very busy so their minds are elsewhere
Everything we purchased was fantastic. The owner is very personable andwelcoming. The stuffed focaccia is delicious as is the pizza. My daughters devoured her cupcake before we made it back home. Check it out!
Love OMG Baked Goodness! There hasn't been anything that hasn't truly impressed & always leaves me wishing I bought more! I got the White pizza slice last week that had potatoes & caramelized onions, it was absolutely delicious. My Italian husband said it was one of the best slices he's ever had. The staff is friendly & the store is clean & inviting ?❤
Their maple tarts are out of this world. As well as their everything garlic cream cheese croissants. Get the pizza on the Saturdays becuase its fresh on Sunday its usual left over from the day before. Still delicious just hard to chew. Tip heat it up slightly. Enjoy.
Amazing Food, So many different choices of food and baked goods. It's definitely a must place to go try.
Dropping in on this delicious bakery on a walkabout and I most say I was not disappointed.Great selection of treats and beverages to be had or choose from to fit most all sweat tooth.Very clean and inviting premise with amazing welcome staff.Always great to see these small community based stores back open.Drop in and give them a try, you won't be disappointed, I promise.
We came here because of a Yelp Elite Event where we choose one of a Bake At Home Croissants or Bake At Home Cookies (choose one of 6 flavours). I choose the cookies because it was easier to bake than croissants (I don't consider myself a good baker) and I believe they would be prettier in photos. I chose the oatmeal cookies because I have having too many chocolate flavoured items recently. You would go online and book your pickup date at least 2 days prior and then show a photo ID when picking up.OMG Baked Goodness has been in the neighbourhood for 10 years. It was featured on The Food Network's "Project Bakeover" with a monochromatic makeover in Feb 2021. It looks more modern now. The monochromatic nature of the makeover allowed the colours of the baked goods to shine through. My wife and I decided to visit 3 bakeries/patisseries in the area and buy some items from each - a bakery crawl!Only 3 people were allowed inside at a time. Luckily I was only the 2nd person outside. The pickup was smooth but I stuck around to purchase 3 different mini tarts costing around $3.60 each. They have bigger-sized ("maxi") tarts costing more of course.Everyone inside is wearing a face mask. There is plexiglass separating the staff and customers. The 3 tarts I chose were: Red Berry Strusel tart, Salted Caramel Apple tart, and Chocolate Turtle tart. The crust was multiple layers and were extremely flakey, yet strong enough to hold the fillings in. The various fillings we had were tasty and plentiful.Note: they only accept cash or debit - good thing I had enough cash on me!The baking instructions for the Bake At Home Cookies (which came frozen - I came prepared with a freezer bag to keep it frozen) are: Bake from frozen at 350F for 12 mins, turn and bake for another 12 mins (or as needed). These instructions are as easy as baking a frozen pizza (which I can do!). The instructions were sent by Yelp and posted at the bakery. As mentioned before, they also sell Bake At Home Croissants and recently introduced Bake At Home Savoury Pie.All their bakery products are fresh baked everyday. Beside their tarts and cookies, they also sell fruitbars & squares, Focaccia loaves, turnovers, cakes, cupcakes, and brownies. They also sell coffee, hot chocolate drinks and cold bottled drinks. There is a very small seating area which I wonder if it is for decoration only. There is free WiFi (which I didn't use). It is not wheelchair accessible (but could be if someone helped you navigate). Their WiFi seemed to have gone down after my purchase so they had to scramble because their cash registered needed to use their WiFi. There are no customer washrooms. Only street parking is available.2021-042If you like my review, please give my review a thumbs up and click on my profile pic (at the top, on a mobile/cell phone), and click on "Follow"). Can pay credit card over phone for pre-order. In person, cash got rounded down, which was appreciated. Debit payment is unfortunately not touch-free. Can't tap -- must touch pinpad several times.Food is generally delicious. Hale coffee is decent. Toasted marshmallow topping around the rim of the cup is fun and worth the upgrade on mocha and hot chocolate.

Since the bakery opened, it has been a neighbourhood staple in Little Portugal. Growing up, I would use my allowance to get cupcakes as a treat for my family.I returned to my home neighbourhood to get "Bake at Home Jumbo Butter Croissants." I had recently seen OMG on a bakery renovation show which featured their maple tart and decided to grab one too! Friendly staff explained directions on how to bake the croissants at home.Seeing that I wanted to eat the croissants that day, I laid the croissants on the pan with a clean cloth over it and let it proof (allowing the dough to rise) for eight hours before baking it. I forgot to apply the egg wash, but the croissants still ended up coming out very delicious, flaky, and buttery! I would compare it to eat a cloud, and it was effortless to make at home to enjoy. The hardest part was waiting for them to proof. The maple tart was a treat, although it may be too sweet for some. The pastry was buttery and flaky. It would be a good accompaniment with morning coffee/tea.
The vegan and veggie/cheese turnovers were AMAZING, and their maple tart was delish. My expectations were beyond exceeded!!
I love OMG. Everything is baked by hand and to perfection. Loved seeing them on The Food Network's Project Bakeover
This is my once a week stop for something amazing (and sweet). The s'mores pop tarts and the mini pies are personal favs!
Saw this bakery on Food Network so made my way down to check it out. Was not disappointed. The turnovers were amazing and the maple tarts delicious. Will go back again and again.
