“Aesthetic brunch spot, family-run, and they had really great gluten-free options. I especially appreciated how attentive they were about that. From the gluten-free menu, I ordered the mini cinnamon pancakes and the Breakfast Sandwich. Most importantly, the food and service were both great. I’ll definitely be back.“

“First time visiting flippers. I got the pistachio pancakes and my partner got the fresh fruit pancakes. It was delicious and fresh. The pancakes were warm and fluffy. The scope of ice cream really takes it over the top. The servers working here today deserve a special shoutout. It’s over 40 degrees in the city and they made sure everyone had a great service.“
