I ordered a BOGO deal through Uber Eats. I placed the order specifically so I could try the pizza with butter chicken sauce. (I ordered one pizza with alfredo sauce and one with butter chicken sauce). I received one pizza with alfredo sauce and the other pizza had regular tomato sauce. Big disappointment. I reported it to Uber Eats and before I could submit a photo or describe the issue, the system said that this order is ineligible for a price adjustment. Nice- I guess my order could have metal nails in it, or mold, or a dead rodent...it does not matter to Uber Eats.So my rating above is a bit unfair- because it reflects not only my disappointment with Papa John's (whose pizza I do like), but also my disappointment with Uber Eats. I hope that restaurants can let Uber Eats know that they will pay for their own mistakes, rather than having the customer unfairly charged. Because we all know that Uber Eats will not pay for their own mistakes, let alone any made by a restaurant.Over $24 million: Uber Eats CEO pay for 2022.$229,531: Average salary of Uber Eats executives.Me: An international student without much money, just doing my part to redistribute wealth to the world's top earners.

I won't order from Papa Johns again. The pizza was expensive for what you get - and poor quality. Don't make the same mistake I did. Order from somewhere else. I should have ordered from Dominos. That pizza is barely food, really, but at least you know what you are getting with Dominos. Sort of the junk food of pizza. Update: Thank you Papa John's for making me feel AWFUL the morning after I had the pizza. So if you are THINKING about ordering from this place - be smart and think about the way you will feel AFTER eating it. I wish I did.
