Pretty tasty food. It looks like a popular spot. Food is a little heavy on the salt, so if you're sensitive to salt or don't want high BP ask them to cut down.Otherwise, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and conveniently located.

Not a soul was in there when I entered. Waited to be seated but the person at the register had their back turned. So I went to up and asked if it's okay to dine in still (didn't know when they close). She said sure! I ordered. Asked where I could sit she said wherever I'd like. Few minutes pass by a gentleman came with my food in a bag and i said is it okay if i get a plate to eat on he and tells me next time don't come up to the cash and order and then change my mind and sit down to eat. I was confused at first because i thought he was joking, but he was dead serious, almost scolding me lol.I explained to him that the cashier said it was fine, and that I asked first. I should have to told him no one came to greet me but whatever. I said I'd leave if it's too much trouble then he said no it's fine you can stay (thanks for the permission to eat in your restaurant sir).2 stars because he at least apologized. Food wasn't great, didn't feel comfortable staying there especially seeing how hospitable they were to others. Had better at other locations. Probably won't go back. I guess I know why they were so empty.

The Baba Ganoush or mutabbal is a staple dish for this restaurant served with freshly baked pita bread…simply delicious!

The food is great. Slightly overpriced. But the service is extremely slow. They will make you wait even to get seated when the place is half empty! Then they will take a long time to come back to your table to take your order. Same applies to the finale! Getting a check is a task. I hope they get this sorted. Otherwise it's got a nice ambience and great variety.I am a fan of their zaatar.

I became wary of this restaurant when servers started going table to table checking passports. Not sure what the deal was there. Pretty good

I was unlucky with an unpleasant waitress who ruined my mood to enjoy my dinner there. The first time ever I put the 0% tip after this experience although the food was pretty good and I noticed other good waiters. I would prefer the management to hire people who have hospitality and kind faces.

Went there for lunch and got BBQ chicken with yogurt cucumber dip.The general vibe of the restaurant was average but the yogurt cucumber was really delicious!Their chicken was good too but it could have come with a liitle bit of more spices and flavor! I'm very picky when it comes to rice and they have unexpectedly perfectly cooked rice! They also add a little bit of cumin to the rice which makes it even more delicious! They can improve the design as well, for example the garlic sauce should come in a porcelaine bowl intead of plastic- it makes it look better I guess. They made their own pitta bread which is really yummy!

Been here many times. Today the lady at front desk saying no chicken sandwich, so I ordered chicken wrap to go, the exact same lady saw me waiting there 20 mins later but just keep ignoring, and finally I can’t be much more patient to ask myself if its ready. And it’s right there on the table.
