3 milky soft pancakes with house sour cherry jam, tahini halva, lane, pistachio
Hot Hummus
Oven Baked Hummus and pastirma (dry cured beef) topped with roasted tomato and pastirma bits, served with cucumber salad and dippers.
Shakshuka (Menemen)
Two poached eggs in our house tomato and pepper sauce. Spiced with nutmeg, sumac, turmeric, topped with feta and fresh thyme. Comes with simit ( bagel) and side salad.
French Toast
Challah toast, fig-walnut cream cheese, honey and fresh fruits & nuts
Kofte & Piyaz
Spiced lamb & beef meatballs, bean salad with tomatoes, red onion, hard boiled egg, crispy chickpea, dill and lemon tahini.

I've been to Pasaj a several times, but likely won't be back after my recent brunch visit. Our server was very transparently trying to upsell us (it was so cringe), and when it was clear we were not interested in cocktails at 11am, she essentially checked out for the remainder of our visit - not a single offer to refill my $5 drip coffee, no quality check on our food. I ordered the beef stew dish (I think $26?) and it was an incredibly small portion that was the equivalent...

A lovely spot for brunch with a nice setup and atmosphere. However, the seating arrangements weren’t the most comfortable, and it got quite hot near the window on a warm day. The coffee was underwhelming, but the Benedict was delicious. Overall, a solid 4-star experience—definitely worth trying

Had a wonderful experience at Pasaj! The owner is extremely generous and manages both the business and her team exceptionally well. She’s very attentive to customers, making sure everyone has a great time. The food was amazing—especially the pancakes! We celebrated Women’s Day here with my husband and truly enjoyed it. Will definitely return!
