“This was only our second time going out for Persian food (our first time at Darbar) and we were so impressed. The food is absolutely amazing. And that's not just us saying so: our guests -- Persians, so they know their stuff! -- loved the food as well. We sampled and shared chicken, beef and lamb dishes. The appetizers were wonderful The staff was welcoming and helpful, guiding us through the menu choices. The restaurant itself is elegant; the experience, elevated. We certainly plan on going back again.“

“Food is wonderful! Kebab platter and dips. First time having hot dolmas which were an ok dish! Simple yet authentic and flavourful overall. Service could be better. We were given 2 plates for 3 people, no glasses for water, server was a bit grumpy whenever asked for anything and slammed utensils on the table. Atmosphere is nice with Persian music and lovely art as well as photographs on the wall!“

“The food was great and authentic. It was different from what I'd tried before. Also, the cook was really nice. I ordered Baghali polo with Lamb Shank and my gf ordered Fesenjoon and Saffron Rice. It was definitely so filling and had lots of flavor. I was surprised to finish my plate lol...it was a lot of food and even gave us extra food in the end for free. very generous“

“The food is so yummy, try the lamb! the cocktails very unique and tasty, and the staff is lovely and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend. There was a situation where one of the other customers was not happy, she was horrible, she yelled, was rude and she called the staff racist names, I was so impressed with how the staff handled it. They continued to be polite, professional and stayed calm. I did not but that's a story for another time. 😀“
