This has been my go to place for authentic pho whenever I am downtown. My last visit was over a year ago and there have been many new Pho places that have opened up that are much better. This place was crowded but I was seated in a reasonable amount of time. Service was just ok. Food came out crazy fast! I swear I put in my order and the spring rolls came out in less than 3 minutes - unfortunately they were not hot. The Pho was good, except that the noodles were overcooked. Not sure whether I would come back now that the food quality has gone down, prices have gone up. Service is the bare minimum and finding parking is difficult.

One of the best pho restaurants I've tried in Toronto. Broth is very flavourful and isn't overpowered by MSG.

Went there for diner. It was really busy inside but we got a table right away. It was nicely heated. You put in your order on a piece of paper and your food arrives at an incredible speed. We waited maybe not even 5 minutes. We were impressed. We got pho, spring rolls and fried chicken with lemongrass. It was good and we enjoyed our meal. I only wish there was more lemongrass flavor for the chicken. I was really pleased to see they had avocado shake and durian shake as well as some Vietnamese desserts. Did not try it this time but definitely will one day. Good spot to grab and enjoy Vietnamese food.

Pho Linh is a staple in the neighborhood. Best Pho in Toronto. I've been eating at Pho Linh since I was a teen and now I bring my teen to eat here.Kid-friendliness: We've been taking our 12 year old here since they were a baby.

Busy place. I had the special of the weekend spicy Hue styled noodles. I prefer the pho. The meats are on the chewy side, not specifically to my preference. Service was spot on, and efficient and quick. Cold non alcoholic drinks are tasty. Spring rolls with taro on rice wrap were crispy and tasty, they allow you to order one roll at a time. A benchmark place for Vietnamese Pho. Kudos

Best pho I've had! Definitely recommend coming here. The bone marrow pho is my favorite. Lots of good dishes to try out!

Pho is really good! Broth has a lot of flavor. Staffs are friendly. Reasonable price and good portion. It might be pack during lunch and dinner time but it worth to wait. Fried chicken with lemongrass and rice is nice too! You can park on the street or green P parking just around the corner. If you come with kids they have a small pack of gummy bear for the kids!Edited they don't give away gummy bears for kids anymore?

Visited this place sometime in Feb 2023We wanted to try Vietnamese food so we visited Pho Linh after checking the reviews which were high.We ordered the Rice noodle soup with rare beef and chicken, fried chicken with rice, coffee and a dessert, banana in hot coconut milk. The broth was decent but tbh there was no taste to it. It just tasted bland to me. The meat had no taste either and it was thrown into the broth. The fried chicken was a safe option cuz nothing should go wrong with fried chicken. It was not anything vietnamese. Just general chicken and was fine. The dessert was just banana in milk. It was served in a plastic container, heated in a microwave. The banana was still cold after heating, was still pretty raw and hard. Absolutely no taste of coconut.Coffee was shocking. 1/4th of a glass. He filled the remaining 3/4th with ice. When I asked them why the quantity is so unreasonable they told me that vietnamese coffee is too strong and needed to be diluted with ice. I finished the coffee in 3 sips and it was not strong. 6$ for that coffee is a joke.Won't visit again.

Noodles were too chewy and over cooked.Very little meat serving size.Microwaved spring rolls.Cloudy broth.Tell those 4 things to any Vietnamese person and ask them if that's what makes a good, authentic pho. Let me know what they say.

The pho was phonominal! Really nice people and fast service. Good thing too cause it was busy busy. People wait in line to get a bowl of pho when the restaurant is full. No one wants miss out on the food here. Authentic and so good. Definitely recommend going with an appetite!

Perfect food for a cold winter day! I was in the area and decided to check out this pho place and really enjoyed it! Portion size of the pho was large (even when getting the regular size). Lots of noodles and a generous amount of beef and tripe served! Broth was also very flavourful. For $15 a bowl, I was pretty happy with how much food I got. I also tried the Bahn Cuon (steamed rice paper rolls with Vietnamese sausage) which was really tasty! I liked all the coriander and fried garlic that comes on top. Dipping all that in the fish sauce was just a flavour bomb! Don't expect the seating to be comfortable, but the food is good enough to forgive that. Service is average since you order by writing down what you'd like but again, you're really there for the food. Other downside is that is cash only. If you don't have cash, they have an ATM inside though.
