"Golden Turtle has always been my go-to spot for Vietnamese food cravings. The rich, flavorful broth, tender and sweet meat, and perfectly cooked noodles make each bowl a journey to Saigon right here in Toronto. The fresh ingredients, from the soft rare beef to the chewy meatballs and crisp vegetables, elevate the dish to perfection. The clean atmosphere and quick service make it perfect for busy lunch breaks. I've tried many pho places in Toronto, but Golden Turtle...

The pho here is sub par. It was good but doesn’t compare to say a place in Chinatown

Meat was of lower quality and hard. Same with beefballs

The bowl I got was called a large but would be a small at other restaurants.

Good local place for some Vietnamese food. Got the vermicelli and satay noodle soup, both of which were delicious with lots of meat and veggies. While the food didn’t “wow” it is nonetheless delicious and a worthy contender on the busy ossington strip.
