We tried the pho and some sides, and everything was good the portions were generous, the meat was tender, and the spring rolls were crispy and satisfying. The herbs and add-ins were fresh and paired nicely with the soup. The only thing for me was that the pho broth was a bit too light compared to what I usually like, I personally prefer something a bit richer and deeper in flavour. Still, it’s a good bowl of pho and a place I’d come back to
I think it’s been almost 10 years since I first started eating pho here.
Every time I visit, the line seems to get longer, which makes me a little sad—but it also says a lot about how good the place is.
I order the rare beef and lightly fatty meat pho every time, and it has a clean yet deeply flavorful taste that I haven’t been able to find at any other restaurant.
