I love a good salad but I do not feel the cost here reflects the quality of the ingredients that they use. It’s surprising that they use cheap, unhealthy canola oil for their dressings for a supposedly $30 gourmet salad. Please use olive oil or another high quality oil for your dressings.
Mandy's is a cute little 2 step walk-up spot with limited seating. Nice decor, clean and well lit. I ordered the veggie protien bowl with chicken & the Cobb salad with two lemonades, $62 in with 15% grat. You do get a lot of salad, enough to take home for a snack later. The protein bowl was a bit too salty and under dressed, same with the Cobb. There's merch for sale and you can order ahead, if not expect a 10-15 min wait.

I came in with a headache. Now could this be from my lack of food or water till 4pm? Maybe! But the freshness and slight sweetness of the Cobb salad instantly made it go away LOLI think salads one of those things where if it’s simple enough, you’d make it at home, but Mandy’s have a really good variety of salads with a lot of ingredients!
