Can you guys please stop playing taylor swift i’m going insane
This location knows hospitality. As soon as I entered the venue I was greeted by a kind hostess, assisted and served with polite & friendly staff as I waited for access to the bottom floor. We held an event at the Carousel Bar and the entire crew at Piano Piano were amazing. Specifically, Victoria our Event Manager, Jill who led the team for the night, Chiloh, Colin, Roux Roux, Richard & Jeffer. This team is dynamic and had a synergy that I haven't experienced in years!! From menu assistance, detailed billing, 'on the fly' requests the night of, room set up, temperature control, cleanliness and attentiveness, even Chi helping me with my bags at the end of the night!! I worked closely with everyone to ensure the Senior Executives and clients were happy, they are beyond impressed and so am I. Thank you to all for everything, you are remarkable at what you do. BRAVO! We will definitely be back!!!

The atmosphere was perfect, the service amazing and the food delicious! Great birthday dinner ? One of the best Italian (with a North American kick) restaurants in the city ?

when you first come in the place, it looks nice. We have a reservation at 4 pm and dinner at 530pm. We were seated in the basement for our Happy hour from 4pm-530, then dinner at 530pm as the dinner menu between is not available until 5pm the start of dinner hour. One thing I hate about the restaurant is if it's in the basement. I asked the host if we will be changing table at for our dinner reservation at 530pm thinking we will be move to the upper level but she no, you will continue your dinner reservation where we were sitting. The basement is small, mirror ceiling and mirror half the wall, and then the rest of the wall is covered with curtains. The place is nice, but I could hardly see the menu because it is dimly lighted where I was seated. The menu paper is showing worn out with paper tear and stains. Food is coming from the upper level. The Washroom is ok. It's a shared washroom for all gender. I ordered Rigatoni pasta with meatballs, it's not good, don't order lemon cheesecakes as well it's a waste. The only good thing I guess in this place is the server Colin B. He is very professional and attentive to our table. Would I recommend this place for food? no for ambiance? unless you will be seated on the uppelr level and not in the basement, yes.

Went here before a concert and it did not disappoint! We went on a Thursday evening and it was packed, so a reservation is a must. The service was super quick and the food was delicious. I got the rigatoni carbonara, the piano spritz and the Nutella tiramisu and everything was 10/10

We tried the Egg York Ravioli and the Sweet Hornet. The portion for the ravioli was very small, it was like two/three large raviolis. The Sweet Hornet was tasty but not the best pizza I've tried.
The great thing about this place is the wallpaper and the decor.

This Italian restaurant blew me away with their three-course lunch special! I started with the Prosciutto di San Daniele, and it was fantastic—delicate, melt-in-your-mouth prosciutto paired with fresh accompaniments that set the meal off to a perfect start. For my main, I chose the “Fun Guy” pizza, and it was a mushroom lover’s dream! The crust was perfectly crisp, and the earthy, savory mushrooms combined with gooey cheese and garlic made every bite incredibly flavorful.
To finish, the Nutella tiramisu was an absolute treat—light, creamy, and with just the right amount of Nutella to make it unique without overpowering the classic tiramisu taste. The service was warm and attentive, making the experience feel special from start to finish. This place is an absolute must for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine with great variety and flavor!

We went to piano celebrating my husband's birthday and it was our first time eating Italian food.
We ordered dinner for 2 and the food was excellent, we let ourselves be guided by the recommendations of our server (Gilian B) and we were delighted.
The place is beautiful and the service from Gilian was excellent.
Thank you very much for making this day even more special.

It’s a great restaurant! They have great food and it’s a beautiful place. The service was great too but I made a request for my boyfriend’s birthday and they didn’t not comply but it’s okay, we were there until closing. Would definitely come back.

I had dinner here on a Saturday night when I was visiting Toronto upon the recommendation of a local friend. I made a reservation at the bar since I was dining solo, but the hostess offered me a table instead upon my arrival. I loved the unique atmosphere of this restaurant! The pizza was the best I've had outside Italy, and I was happy with their selection of Italian wines. For dessert I had the Tiramisu and an Americano. I will definitely return whenever I'm back in Toronto.

Had a great dinner experience! Service was friendly and prompt. Pasta was delicious and fresh! I believe it was the manager (did not get her name) that gave us two drinks on the house to thank us for our friendliness and kindness to their staff. It was very nice and surprising! Very cool atmosphere for a unique dining experience. Will definitely return.

Went there for the lunch special - $36. Great deal! Lunch Special - Appetizer, Pasta/Pizza, Dessert each (one each)
Appetizers- Calamari Fritti and Burratta al Campagnolo
Pasta Mains - Mushroom Cavatelli and Canestri alla Vodka
Dessert - Nutella Tiramisu
Servers were super sweet. Started us off with waters. Took our orders and food came out fairly quickly even though the place was full.
Calamari was crispy and Burrata tasted fresh! Pasta was as big portion and we added Focaccia for $2 extra. Delicious truffle sauce for the mushroom cavatelli and well balanced sauce for the canestri

This restaurant is one of the best Italian places my husband and I have been too. We both don’t drink and they had very good zero proof mocktails. We shared a pasta dish and Pizza. Both were extremely good. This place is definitely worth the money.

Everything about Piano Piano was exceptional! The ambience was incredible from the circus themed bohemian decor- the washroom is a must visit in the downstairs salon area, to the newspaper menu. The cocktails were delicious and pizza with honey was good. My friend had the chicken which I liked because it was not dry. Overall, worth every penny for a great Italian meal.

Just came back from the restaurant. The food surpassed our expectations, very flavourful and amazing service.
We took the « dinner for two » which was a very great option, you get a lot for the price you pay, every item was worth it.
Highly recommend
