This location knows hospitality. As soon as I entered the venue I was greeted by a kind hostess, assisted and served with polite & friendly staff as I waited for access to the bottom floor. when you first come in the place, it looks nice. We have a reservation at 4 pm and dinner at 530pm. We were seated in the basement for our Happy hour from 4pm-530, then dinner at 530pm as the dinner menu between is not available until 5pm the start of dinner hour. Went here before a concert and it did not disappoint! We went on a Thursday evening and it was packed, so a reservation is a must. The service was super quick and the food was delicious. I got the rigatoni carbonara, the piano spritz and the Nutella tiramisu and everything was 10/10
